Research On The Current Situation And Path Optimization Of Basketball Reserve Talents Training In Yibin City

In recent years,China's sports industry has made great progress,basketball has made further development,and the demand for basketball reserve talents has expanded.Yibin is a big Basketball City in Sichuan Province.It is also one of the few basketball reserve talent bases in China.It has provided hundreds of high-level basketball players for the country,enterprises and universities.Through field investigation,this paper makes a questionnaire survey and statistics on the basic situation,training mechanism and training time of the players,coaches,parents and school leaders of Yibin Basketball Team.Through statistics,it is found that there are many unresolved and regenerative factors in the training of reserve basketball talents in Yibin City,which lead to a downward trend in competitive performance.The mode of "combination of sports and education" is excessive to "combination of teaching and sports".The model has not played a positive role in the training of reserve basketball talents in Yibin.This paper will put forward new ideas and ideas to overcome the problems existing in the training and education of Yibin basketball reserve talents,and provide scientific,reliable and effective suggestions and data support for the future training of Yibin basketball reserve talents.Finally,after combing statistics,the conclusion and path optimization strategy are as follows:1.After the transition from "combination of sports and education" to "combination of education and education",the training time of athletes is shortened,the cultural achievements are still stable and backward,the competition results are declining year by year,and the athletes' echelons are cracked,which shows that the "combination of sports and education" mode has not played a positive role in the training of reserve basketball talents in Yibin City.2.Yibin City basketball reserve personnel training venues,facilities,equipment are few,which is also an important factor affecting the development of reserve personnel training.3.There are fewer coaches in basketball matches,and the salary of coaches is lower.4.Management communication is not enough,old problems continue to ferment,new problems continue to emerge.
