As an important part of calisthenics curriculum in college physical education,the teaching quality of competitive calisthenics directly affects the cultivation of calisthenics talents.With the introduction of sports grade standards in China,the sports standards in colleges and universities are further clarified.How to standardize the content of aerobics courses in college physical education,improve students' special technical level,and adapt to social needs is the key to the optimization and reform of aerobics courses in colleges and universities.Therefore,in order to give full play in physical education major in colleges and universities aerobics projects contain the rich connotation,this article through the literature material,expert interviews,video observation,comparative analysis and other research methods,in-depth analysis of sichuan 7 colleges and universities sports education professional athletics aerobics teaching content,combined with aerobics athletes technical level standards and new cycle level,put forward the physical education major of aerobics teaching content level tumble,its aim is to solve the provincial universities sports education professional phenomenon such as obsolete teaching content of competitive aerobics,not unified,to numerous essence,standardize the teaching content,Strive to make students in the limited time to achieve the best learning effect.For the students to engage in related work to lay a good technical foundation,but also for the province's competitive aerobics teaching content comprehensive development and optimization to provide reference.The research results are as follows:1.The hierarchical teaching contents of competitive aerobics in sports education major in sichuan province are affected by factors such as training objectives,teaching hours,teaching contents and teaching evaluation.The proportion of teaching hours and total teaching hours of competitive aerobics in colleges and universities in sichuan province is different,which leads to the different breadth and depth of teaching contents involved.At the same time,the teaching evaluation system is old and not consistent with the current teaching.2.The teaching contents of competitive calisthenics in sports education majors in sichuan province are uneven.The choice of teaching content is mainly influenced by the level of teachers' teaching and the level of students' skills.Some colleges and universities in this province are lacking in the teaching content of competitive aerobics.3.The universities in sichuan province with sports education majors and sports aerobics teaching contents with obvious grading have high technical level of students.This province's colleges and universities physical education specialty competitive aerobics technology teaching content classification is not clear,pertinence is not strong.The teaching content is too old,not conducive to the study of the latesttechnical content of competitive aerobics.4.Grading the teaching contents of competitive aerobics for sports education majors in sichuan province.In terms of the teaching content level of competitive aerobics,(1)the operational movements can be graded according to the change of step frequency and asymmetry of upper and lower limbs,and can also be graded according to the range of movement and music speed shown in the set;(2)according to the level of the required movement and the province's7 universities selected by the actual situation of the difficulty movement teaching content is divided into: level 3 difficulty is 0.1 points-0.3 points,level 2 difficulty is 0.4points-0.5 points,level 1 difficulty is 0.6 points-0.7 points.(3)transition connection movements in the set are mainly connected operation,difficulty and partner cooperation,through the deformation of skill movements and show,so the degree of difficulty of skill movements indirectly affects the transition connection movements,at the same time,according to the number of connections between the movements,the number of body conversion degree and the size of spatial changes to grade;(4)in the skill movement,the cartwheel is the third level of skill movement,the back handspring is the second level of skill movement,the side somersault is the first level of skill movement.
