Education is the foundation of the centenary plan;Teachers are the foundation of education.The construction of teacher's moral is not only vital to the cultivation of high-quality,professional and innovative teachers,but also to the future of the country and the nation.At the same time,the construction of teachers' morality is also the fundamental way to accelerate the modernization of education and build a strong socialist education country.Based on the important role of the construction of teachers' moral,the Party and the state pay high attention to the construction of teachers' moral.In 2018,the central committee of the communist party of China issued by the State Council "about the opinions of the comprehensively deepen the reform of the new age teachers team construction,explicitly pointed out that,to improve teachers' ideological and political quality,comprehensively strengthen ethics,strengthen construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics is not only an important content of teacher team construction,but also directly determine the builders and successors of the socialist cause of our country's cultivation quality and specifications.Under the influence of many factors,the implementation effect of the construction of teachers' ethics in China is not satisfactory,and it is urgent to strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics.This study comprehensively USES questionnaire survey,literature analysis and interview to study the current situation of teachers' ethics construction of S junior high school in Sucheng District,and analyzes the existing problems and causes,in an attempt to explore countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the construction of teachers' ethics of S junior high school students..This paper investigates and studies the current situation of teachers' moral construction in S junior middle school from four aspects,including the concept of teachers' moral construction,the leadership style in teachers' moral construction,the humanistic environment of teachers' moral construction,and the long-term mechanism of teachers' moral construction.According to the analysis of the investigation results,it is found that there are the following main problems in the construction of teachers' moral in S Junior high School in SuCheng District: First,the President and teachers have an incomplete understanding of teachers' moral construction,and the understanding of teachers' moral among school leaders and teachers is lagging behind.Second,the construction mechanism of teacher's morality needs to be further improved.Third,the professional identity of teachers is not strong,occupational pressure is too large.These problems deviate from the concept of teacher moral education and fail to arm the mind with General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of teacher moral;The construction mechanism of teacher's morality is not perfect;The negative influence of humanistic environment in the construction of teacher's morality is related.Aiming at the existing problems in the construction of teachers' ethics in S junior middle school in SuCheng District,this paper puts forward targeted improvement strategies from three aspects of society,school and teachers.From the social level,we should build an environment of "respecting teachers and loving teachers",improve teachers' relevant treatment,and improve the construction mechanism of teachers' ethics.From the school level,the school leaders should improve the value cognition of teachers' ethics,update the concept,keep pace with The Times,change the school's leadership style,adhere to democratic management,take teachers as the core,and strengthen the emotional care for teachers.The school leaders should set an example in the construction of teachers' ethics.From the perspective of teachers,we should enhance the sense of mission of teaching,strengthen our professional identity,implement the concept of quality-oriented education,and actively participate in the construction of teachers' ethics.Only through joint efforts can we promote the healthy development of teachers' moral construction in junior middle schools.
