Teachers professional specialization is the trend of education reform and development and trend,specialization of knowledge,skills,and moral aspects of the process of ascension,one of the most important aspect is from the "ethics" to the transformation of teachers "professional ethics",correspondingly,the construction of teacher career ethics should also to the construction of "professional" way.This study discussed the current problems existing in the construction of teachers' professional ethics,from the perspective of teacher professional development,analyze the content of teacher's professional moral construction,based on the present situation of the primary and secondary school teachers,put forward the construction of professional ethics.First chapter of the thesis,in reference to domestic and foreign teachers' professional morality,on the basis of research results,combined with our country foundation education ethics problems,put forward the teachers' moral construction should be turned to specialization.The second chapter the paper,analysis the difference between the teachers' professional ethics and teacher's professional moral and contact,to the concept of the professional ethics of teachers do the theoretical analysis,may provide the theoretical basis for further research.Thesis of the third chapter,the paper expounds the theory basis of teacher's professional moral construction,content and goal,deepening the understanding of teachers' professional morality,providing theoretical basis for the construction of the professional ethics of teachers.Thesis in the fourth chapter,mainly in the form of questionnaire survey and analysis of a line of primary and secondary school teachers in the reality of teacher's professional moral construction,to study teachers' ethics construction situation in the field of vision,summarizes the problems existing in the primary and secondary school teachers' professional moral construction in China,and analyzes the cause of these problems.The fifth chapter of thesis,mainly on the primary and secondary school teachers' professional morality,on the basis of analysis of the causes of the problems and countermeasures are put forward.Countermeasures of thinking as follows,first must set up teacher's professional morality,to develop teachers' professional ethics,strengthen the education of the teachers' professional ethics,the campus culture of the professional ethics of building again,finally the role of the teacher himself.In this paper,the investigation and study for the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers and professional ethics moral practice,including primary and secondary school teachers and all relevant participants in terms of education,will be to ontology.
