The outline for building a strong country in sports,issued in September 2019,clearly stated that the strategic goal of significantly improving physical literacy and health status of teenagers should be achieved by 2035."China's education modernization 2035" requires schools to pay attention to students' comprehensive and coordinated physical and mental development.It reflects that the country hopes to improve students' physical quality through school physical education and train builders and successors with sound personality.At present,although the education system of various schools is gradually improved and the teaching methods are constantly optimized to make the training of students more scientific and reasonable,there are still problems such as attaching importance to cultural courses but neglecting physical education due to the pressure of entering a higher school,resulting in the lack of enthusiasm of students in learning sports skills and the decline of students' physical quality.This paper takes the relationship between achievement motivation and motor skill learning strategies of middle school students as the research object.By using the methods of literature review,investigation and mathematical statistics,600 questionnaires were distributed to 4 middle schools in wuhan city.Through SPSS21.0 and AMOS22.0,this paper analyzes the relationship between achievement motivation and motor skill learning strategies and the predictive role of achievement motivation on motor skill learning strategies.The results show that:(1)the achievement motivation level of middle school students is better on the whole,and the gender difference is significant.The achievement motivation level of boys is higher than that of girls.(2)the achievement motivation level of middle school students is significantly different from that of other grades.The achievement motivation level of middle school students is higher than that of other grades.(3)the overall performance of middle school students' motor skill learning strategies is good,and the gender difference is significant.The motor skill learning strategies of boys are higher than that of girls.(4)middle school students' motor skill learning strategies differ significantly in grade level,and middle school students' motor skill learning strategies are higher than those of high school students;(5)the correlation between achievement motivation and motor skill learning strategy of middle school students is significant,in which the motivation to pursue success has a positive predictive effect on the total table of motor skill learning strategy and its various dimensions.Based on the existing situation in the study,the following Suggestions are made:(1)pay attention to the training of gender difference in achievement motivation of middle school students,teach students according to their aptitude,and scientifically guide students of different characters and genders to pursue success.(2)for senior students who have the pressure of entering a higher school and the trouble of schoolwork,flexible and pleasant teaching methods are adopted to reduce students' fear of failure.(3)in view of girls' insufficient cognition of sports skills learning and low learning tendency,they should fully communicate with them and carry out corresponding sports activities in combination with girls' psychology.(4)to ensure the normal operation of PE classes in senior high schools,properly connect junior and senior high schools,and implement the construction of integrated PE curriculum system.(5)teachers form of motor skill learning,as a successful case for content for students to fully propaganda guidance,in the process of motor skill by encouraging students to enrich the students' successful experience to enhance students' pursuit of success,so as to improve sports skills,learning strategies,achievement motivation and movement skills in order to achieve the coordinated development of learning strategies.
