On The Cultivation Of The Consciousness Of Rule Of Law In The Core Quality Of Ideological And Political Discipline In Senior High School

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which puts forward higher requirements for the realization of the rule of law in an all-round way and the construction of a country ruled by law.According to the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to "improve the legal literacy and moral quality of the whole nation",the 2017 edition of the ideological and political curriculum standard of general high school also lists the awareness of the rule of law as one of the core literacy elements of the ideological and political discipline,and takes the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law of high school students as the curriculum goal.Therefore,the cultivation of high school students' awareness of the rule of law is not only the need of students' personal growth,but also the need of building a country ruled by law.It is the internal requirement of realizing the Chinese dream to comprehensively improve personal quality.Ideological and political course is the main channel to cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law.How to better cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law through the ideological and political course of high school is an important issue worth exploring.This paper takes speeding up the construction of a country ruled by law as the realistic background and the new curriculum as the important theoretical basis to study how to cultivate the consciousness of rule of law in the core quality of Ideological and political discipline in senior high school.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part: introduction.By referring to the relevant literature at home and abroad and combining with the professional knowledge,this paper mainly expounds the research background and significance,literature review at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,innovation and shortcomings.The second part: an overview of the cultivation of the sense of rule of law in the core quality of Ideological and political discipline in senior high school.Based on the literature review and the requirements of cultivating students' awareness of the rule of law in the ideological and political course of senior high school,this paper defines the related concepts of core literacy and awareness of the rule of law,summarizes the cultivation contents of thecore literacy of high school students' awareness of the rule of law,and then further analyzes the importance of cultivating the core literacy of high school students' awareness of the rule of law.The third part: the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of the core literacy of the rule of law in the ideological and political course of senior high school.Through the questionnaire survey of the students in the practice high school,the interview with the ideological and political teachers and the author's practice experience,this paper mainly analyzes the problems and reasons of cultivating the students' awareness of the rule of law in the ideological and political course of the current high school.The existing problems are: low enthusiasm for learning law,lack of legal practice ability,single cultivation method of legal consciousness;the main reasons are: the school does not pay enough attention to the legal education of students,the lack of legal literacy of teachers,the lack and scattered of legal knowledge in teaching materials,and the constraints of students' test-oriented pressure.The fourth part: the cultivation of the consciousness of rule of law in the core quality of Ideological and political discipline in senior high school.According to the existing problems and reasons,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from four aspects: school,teachers,teaching and students: give full play to the main role of school legal education,strengthen the promotion of political teachers' legal literacy,deeply explore teaching resources and methods,and effectively play the initiative of students in learning law.Senior high school students,as the future youth of the new era,will play an important role in the construction process of our country's rule of law.Cultivating the core literacy of senior high school students' sense of rule of law has profound significance for students themselves and the country.Therefore,we should attach importance to the cultivation of senior high school students' sense of rule of law.Schools,teachers,students,parents and society should cooperate with each other to form a joint force to help high school students grow up to be a qualified citizen under the rule of law in China.
