At present,with the deepening of curriculum reform,the teaching reform of morality and law in junior high school has entered a new period.When teachers face new teaching contents,requirements and junior high school students who are not mature and stable in all aspects,the teaching effect is greatly reduced.Based on this,the author hopes to provide new ideas for junior high school moral and law teaching with the help of observation learning theory.Observational learning theory analyzes and discusses the learning process of human beings from the perspective of psychology,which can provide certain theoretical basis and methodological guidance for the three-dimensional goals advocated by the new curriculum standard.In recent years,there have been many researches on the observation learning theory,but the researches on the application of the observation learning theory in the junior high school moral and legal classroom are relatively vacant.Therefore,the author hopes to explore the current situation and predicament of the application of the theory in the junior high school moral and legal classroom,provide certain reference value for further improving the junior high school moral and legal teaching,and provide certain help for junior high school students to learn political knowledge.Based on the above situation,this paper first summarizes the observation learning theory,and analyzes its influence on teachers' teaching and students' learning as well as its application basis,highlighting the value of observation learning theory.Secondly,by means of investigation and observation,the author investigates the current situation of the application of observation learning theory in junior high school moral and legal classroom.It is found that observation learning method has been applied to some extent in junior high school moral and legal classroom,but there are still some difficulties,such as students' weak ability of observation learning,lack of tightness between observation learning theory and junior high school moral and legal classroom.Then,according to the analysis of the survey results,the author concludes that the students' weak observation learning ability is due to the lack of good observation learning quality and the guidance of observation learning theory.The lack of closeness between observation learning theory and junior high school moral and law-governing classes is caused by teachers' low familiarity with observation learning theory and relatively fixed teaching methods.Finally,combined with the above reasons,from theaspects of students' observation learning ability,teachers' relevant professional knowledge and ability,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the application of observation learning theory in junior high school moral and law teaching,in order to help students improve learning effect,help political teachers to improve junior high school moral and law teaching,at the same time,it also hopes to provide some reference value for the relevant research of junior high school moral and law teaching and other subjects teaching.
