The self-learning refers to the process of students' learning content to be fully autonomous and constantly adjusting their learning objectives under the guidance of teachers.Its theoretical sources are constructivism learning concept,humanistic learning,and cognitive learning theory.Its significance to the teaching of moral and legal teaching in junior high school is embodied in the stratified teaching,teaching in accordance with the aptitude,and creating an efficient classroom.Enhance students' enthusiasm for learning and enhance their sense of ownership;Enhance students' comprehensive ability,promote all-round development and cultivate "four citizens";Foster students' innovative consciousness and foster innovative thinking.In the current middle school moral and law courses,autonomous learning can improve students' enthusiasm in learning to some extent,explore students' potential,and promote students to form correct values.At the same time it still has some problems,existing problems in today's classroom too much emphasis on morality and the rule of law in the form of autonomous learning,form a single,students' independence is not strong,students dependence too strong,independent learning confined to the classroom,etc.,the main reason is that autonomous learning methods is relatively single,students' thinking is limited;The periodical characteristics of students are neglected and the learning objectives are not reasonable;Students have weak willpower and insufficient motivation to learn.Optimization of junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of students' autonomous learning,must follow the following principles:heuristic principle Integrity principle difference principle and creative principle,specific optimization path is embodied in in-depth understanding of autonomous learning,teachers' role change;Stimulate students' learning motivation and improve their learning enthusiasm;Establishing a student center view and providing independent learning opportunities;Optimize teaching resources and enrich independent learning teaching methods;Use teaching evaluation reasonably to improve students'sense of self-efficacy.The paper consists of four parts.The first part summarizes the relevant theories of autonomous learning,expounds the meaning of autonomous learning,characteristics,influence factors,application in morality and the rule of law teaching significance,and theoretical basis of autonomous learning;The second part combined with the survey of X city junior high school,present the application of autonomous learning in teaching morality and rule of law the status-quo,analysis of autonomous learning in the cause of the problems of morality and the rule of law class.The third part is to explore the optimization principle and the optimization path of students'independent learning in moral and law courses on the basis of investigation and analysis.The fourth part is through the eighth grade part ii "morality and the rule of law" second class"safeguard constitution implementation" the box "insist on governing the country by constitution" class case design,further illustrate the junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of students' autonomous learning optimization research.
