This paper attempts to explore the reasons for the formation of "super middle school ",take the problem of organizational legitimacy as the starting point,use field interview to collect data,select the theory of organizational sociology,and regard the system as a decisive variable,mainly focusing on the regulatory nature of the system under the established framework and the influence of cultural-cognitive elements on the process of organizational system construction and diffusion.The basic point of view is that high school organizations are organized under the influence of regulatory elements and cultural-cognitive elements.The institutional logic of this phenomenon is that organizations under institutional pressure,in order to obtain the legitimacy support provided by regulatory and cultural-cognitive elements,construct through organizational isomorphism.super middle school "management mode,so as to obtain more resources to achieve their own survival and development.The research focuses on the phenomenon of "super middle school" and its organizational isomorphism,focusing on the characteristics of the "super middle school" model,the process and realization mechanism of the ordinary high school organization to imitate it,and the derivative model after isomorphism.Facing the problems caused by social transformation and social stratification,the double pressure in the institutional environment and cultural environment of the college entrance examination,and the teaching in Hebei Province Under the circumstances of insufficient education funds,lack of resources in regional colleges and universities,and unfriendly enrollment policies in other provinces,the coping mode of "super middle school" follows its internal development logic,embodies the importance of the promotion rate,and emphasizes the value choice of legitimacy.Ordinary high schools face the same pressure,under the premise of limited students and funds,choose the way of organizational isomorphism to obtain the basis of legitimacy.Although there are many problems,it should be determined that the current organizational structure selection of middle school organizations is in line with its internal development logic and interest demands,and is the result of coping with thevarious pressures arising from social transformation and social stratification,which is due to the pursuit of organizational legitimacy.The corresponding mode of action and coping mechanism should be chosen.
