Investigation And Research On The Participation Of The Parent Committee Of L Middle School In Q County, Yunnan Province In School Management

With the development of society,the emergence of the "parent committee" organization of the trinity of school,family,and society has adapted to the needs of modern education management,providing a support for solving new situations and problems in education management in the new era.The solution is of great significance to the current education,and it is worthy of in-depth exploration and research.Although the school where the author works has established a parent committee,which has achieved certain results in school dropout control,nutritious meal management,and student management,the operating mechanism is not perfect,and the corresponding functions of the parent committee have not been played.Management needs to be further improved.This study attempts to investigate the sample schools in depth on the basis of theoretical analysis,and conduct a more comprehensive observation,description,interpretation,and analysis of the institutions,facilities,ideas,rules,and regulations concerning the participation of the parent committee in school management.The status of the committee’s participation in school management,summarizes its characteristics and problems,and then puts forward its own opinions and suggestions on improving the status of participation of the rural junior high school parent committee in school management.This will benefit the experience accumulation and theoretical basis of the county rural junior middle school parent committee to participate in school management research.Studies have shown that parents of L Middle School have low enthusiasm for participating in school management,especially when they come to school to participate in activities,enter classrooms,participate in school system construction,and make decisions on major issues.The parent committee is involved in school management.Due to the influence of the school and the family,the parent committee has not exerted a real functional effect.The main reason for the current parent committee members lies in the members’ knowledge,culture,time and concept.The school aspect is inadequate teachers’ conception,system construction,training guidance,funding and venue support.Need to work together to seek development.However,the Parent Committee is of great significance for parents to actively participate in school management,carry out family education for students,and assist the school in managing students,thereby having a substantial effect on improving the quality of school education and teaching.
