According to the law of the People's Republic of China on spoken and written languages passed on October 31,2000,putonghua and standard Chinese characters are the national spoken and written languages.It is an important part of China's ethnic work to fully popularize and popularize the spoken and written Chinese language.It is also the only way to help alleviate poverty,improve education quality in ethnic minority areas and train qualified ethnic talents.Hami is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Xinjiang uygur autonomous region with a large number of ethnic groups.Hami normal school is the only secondary normal school in Hami city and a key secondary normal school in the autonomous region.Over the years,the school has trained a large number of preschool teachers for hami and xinjiang.Taking this school as an example to study the teaching situation of uygur ethnic students' national common language and writing can achieve the purpose of knowing a leopard in a leaf.Based on literature research,questionnaire,interview,classroom observation as the main research methods,and to hami normal school as the research object,refer to a large amount of literature in the preparation stage,tease out about national general language theory research at home and abroad of the main problems involved,to carry out the investigation and study on the train of thought.The study is mainly conducted from the five subjects(government,school,teachers,students and parents)involved in the teaching of national common language for uyghur students in Chinese teachers' schools.Through consulting and comparing the laws and documents of the central government and local governments,it is found that the central government has macro requirements,while local governments lack specific and effective measures to implement them,resulting in weakpromotion and popularization.With school administrators,front-line teachers,students face to face interview and fill in the questionnaire and observation found in teaching practice,teaching the entirety and orderly,but remained inadequate school leadership role play,teachers' comprehensive quality is high enough,the students' learning initiative is not strong,families with such problems as the effect is not ideal.The reasons are lack of implementation of the system,lack of in-depth publicity,weak faculty,weak home-school learning atmosphere,low enthusiasm of students,and insufficient attention from parents.Therefore,the local government should strengthen the implementation,refine the implementation measures,further give play to the organizational and leadership role of the school,improve the comprehensive quality of teachers,mobilize students' initiative in learning,guide parents to actively cooperate,and effectively improve the teaching level of national common language for uyghur students in middle schools.This study hopes to provide a basis for further standardizing the teaching management of schools,and provide a reference method for teachers and students to learn the national common language,so as to improve the teaching level of the national common language of uygur students in middle teachers.
