| In recent years,the curriculum and teaching under the orientation of literacy have undergone many reforms,and how to better cultivate students’ literacy is the core issue that contemporary society attaches great importance to and pays close attention to.The "General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition Revised in 2020)" clearly points out that according to students’ interests,based on their existing experience,pay attention to the connection between chemistry and life,and take the development of students’ literacy as the teaching goal.However,due to the pressure of further education and heavy teaching tasks,the current chemistry classroom teaching has a teaching situation that is out of touch with life,which is contrary to the current goal of education and is not conducive to the development of students.Combined with the survey and research,it is found that teachers in chemistry teaching,based on chemical knowledge in life,with the help of chemistry and life connection teaching mode,can help students better grasp knowledge and use knowledge to solve practical problems.This leads to chemical literacy.The whole study mainly did the following:Through the literature reading method,the tripartite development needs of "the promotion of the current era,chemistry teaching itself and the sustainable development of students" are analyzed and summarized,and the topic of cultivating chemical literacy of high school students is proposed,and the research and elaboration of "chemical literacy" is carried out from the three aspects of concept,structure and evaluation indicators,which provides a theoretical direction for the subsequent cultivation of students’ literacy.Using questionnaire surveys and interview methods,students and teachers were surveyed to understand the current situation of "cultivating chemical literacy of high school students",the survey results show that students are very interested in the reality of life in chemistry classes,but the current chemistry teaching is not closely related to life,focusing on imparting students’ knowledge,students have greater obstacles in the learning process,and cannot flexibly transfer and apply the knowledge they have learned Will use knowledge to solve practical problems.According to the results of the survey feedback,five theories were sorted out: practical education theory,life education theory,constructivist theory,STSE education theory,and migration theory,and 4 were proposed Teaching strategies: introduce life materials that cultivate chemical literacy;Integrate the content of teaching materials for the development of chemical literacy;creating problem situations for developing chemical literacy;Relate to the reality of life that cultivates chemical literacy.According to the above questionnaire survey and theoretical research,two courses of "Metal Materials-Ferroalloy New Alloys" and "Nitrogen and Its Compounds" in the high school chemistry textbook of the People’s Education Edition were selected and designed as teaching cases to cultivate students’ chemical literacy,and carried out practice.By designing the questionnaire again,the practical results are as follows: the teaching model based on chemical knowledge in life can promote the formation of students’ literacy. |
