Incentive education is an important concept in pedagogy,which emphasizes the main body incentive to people,throughout the whole process of education,as an important method in the teaching process,incentive teaching is of great significance to the students' learning life and the whole life growth.However,the current tendency of utilitarian and technical Chinese education,Chinese classroom pay less attention to motivation,Chinese classroom teaching efficiency is low,the concept of incentive education is applied to junior high school Chinese teaching,explore the specific implementation strategy of junior high school Chinese incentive teaching,has important research value.Based on human subjectivity,this paper introduces the concept of "motivation ",draws lessons from pedagogy,psychology,philosophy and other related theories,combines the psychological and cognitive characteristics of junior high school students and combines the current Chinese teaching practice in junior high school in China,and explores the incentive strategies in the process of practical Chinese teaching.First of all,it explains the connotation and significance of Chinese incentive education.From the perspective of psychological needs,the concept of motivation is analyzed,and incentive education can awaken and stimulate students' inner mind,promote students' understanding of meaning,and then take the initiative to build their own life,with hierarchy and internal connection.Taking the text of junior middle school language as an example,this paper explores the rich connotation of stimulating the language and writing level,the ideologicalcontent level and the aesthetic creation level of junior middle school Chinese text.This paper discusses the significance of Chinese incentive education from three aspects: stimulating students' inner potential,constructing effective Chinese classroom and promoting students' personality development.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation and necessity of Chinese incentive teaching in junior high school.From the perspective of the cognitive and psychological characteristics of junior high school students and the realistic environment of the middle school examination,this paper probes into the three present situations of Chinese incentive teaching in junior high school at present: the students' interest is not high,the motivation is insufficient,and the goal is not clear.According to the actual needs of students to adapt to the development of society and the requirements of the new curriculum reform of junior middle school Chinese,as well as the development and evolution of the status of incentive education in junior middle school Chinese teaching,this paper discusses the necessity of the study of junior middle school Chinese incentive teaching strategy.Thirdly,it explores the relevant theories and specific characteristics of the study of Chinese incentive teaching strategies in junior high school.Taking humanism related theory as the core and the need theory,expectation theory and goal theory as the support,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the study of Chinese incentive teaching strategy in junior high school.Starting from the ontology of Chinese incentive education in junior middle school,this paper probes into the main characteristics of the study of Chinese incentive teaching strategy in junior middle school,summarizes four basic characteristics: subjectivity,communication,experience and construction,and constructs a concrete model of Chinese incentive education in juniormiddle school.Then,the implementation strategy of Chinese incentive teaching in junior high school is studied.This chapter focuses on three aspects of teaching content,teaching process and teaching methods to discuss the implementation strategy of encouraging teaching.From the macro and micro point of view,this paper analyzes the incentive factors in the content of junior middle school Chinese teaching.From the macro point of view,the content of junior middle school Chinese teaching pays attention to both classics and life,foreign literature and Chinese tradition.From students,teachers and living Moved three aspects,explored the middle school Chinese teaching process incentive strategy.In the teaching method,combined with the case analysis of the famous Chinese educators in junior middle school,the concrete implementation of the incentive strategy is expounded in detail from four aspects: language,emotion,example and goal,and the concrete theory is applied to practice,which points out the direction of the current Chinese incentive teaching in junior middle school.Finally,the author probes into the incentive evaluation in Chinese teaching in junior high school.The specific principles of incentive evaluation are clarified: timely and moderate,objective and sincere.The specific strategies of incentive evaluation are put forward:diversification of incentive evaluation methods,diversification of incentive evaluation content,combination of self-evaluation and mutual evaluation.This paper probes into the problems that should be paid attention to in the evaluation of Chinese motivation in junior middle school: the evaluation of motivation should be moderate,the evaluation of motivation should pay attention to individual differences,and the evaluation of motivation should pay attention to criticism.In this paper,according to the logical order of what,why,how,theoretical basis and effectevaluation of motivation teaching,emphasis is placed on incentive teaching strategy,that is,how to do it,in order to provide some practical suggestions for the first-line junior middle school Chinese teachers and improve the students' comprehensive Chinese literacy in an all-round way.
