The secondary vocational school students are after90, mostly aged between15to18years of age, secondary school students are mostly oriented education elimination, is thesenior high school entrance examination failure, so the secondary vocational students isdifferent from their peers. They are in the world outlook, outlook on life and values formationperiod, their self-awareness, plasticity, desire for independence, the courage to expressyourself, accept the information quickly. From the overall situation of secondary vocationalschool students ideological and moral point of view, the mainstream is good, their love of themotherland, concerned about national development, have a strong sense of nation and nationalconsciousness, and eager to success, for Wonderfull Life and future. However, the studentsalso exists some problems, most of them learning achievement is not ideal, inferiority, lack ofself-confidence, serious emotional weariness, the ideal goal is not clear, the lack of faith;dawdle, lazy, lazy life, for fun; not civilized manners, do not know Thanksgiving, somehowthrift; vanity, jealous, poor self-control; serious individualism, doing things withoutconsidering the consequences....In recent years, the state attaches great importance to moraleducation in secondaryvocational school, after the2009meeting of the first national secondary school moraleducation work conference, the Ministry of education and other six ministries jointly issuedthe "on strengthening and improving the ideological and moral education of secondaryoccupation school opinions", and further enhance the pertinence, effectiveness, time andattraction of moral education work in secondary vocational schools. In2013April, theMinistry of education will revise and improve the "medium occupation school moraleducation program" to discuss the draft for public vocational school moral education, hasformed a complete theoretical system. However, the practice of moral education in middlevocational school is not so perfect and scientific theoretical system, system, there are stillmany problems. Such as the lack of understanding of secondary vocational school toencourage education in moral in the dominant position, the research and practice ofmotivation in education is not a system. This paper will analyze the education motivation in using the moral education subject inthe secondary vocational school students, as well as a mining campus culture vocationalschool education incentive two functions, through literature research method, investigationmethod, interview method and case study method, theory analysis and practical education inpractice of moral education and the use of the obtained actual effect, resulting in an importantthe significance of education educators motivate attention, and to extract the educationincentive mode and method of scientific, effective, realize the education incentive effectivepermeability in moral education in.
