Educational punishment refers to the use of appropriate and limited educational means to punish students in education and teaching activities in order to achieve the goal of cultivating students,so that students can recognize their own problems and develop good behavior habits and moral character.As a necessary educational means to maintain the order of educational management and achieve the educational goal,teacher's educational punishment plays an important role in the formation of students' rule consciousness and sound personality.To ensure the effective exercise of the power of educational punishment,the key is to establish the boundary of teacher educational punishment.The age characteristics,personality characteristics and gender differences of the educatees must be considered in disciplinary education.As a kind of positive education,teacher education punishment with boundaries focuses on "precis",and education is its essence.It aims at finding the root of students' misconduct,pays attention to the shortcomings of students' growth with love,and is also a necessary means to promote the socialization of students,standardize the order of teaching management and promote the realization of educational goals.Study is a primary school teacher education discipline as the main object of study,the final purpose is to promote the grasp of the teacher education disciplinary boundaries and power of disciplinary development,this paper mainly adopts literature method of related theory to comb,using the questionnaire survey method and interview method to the internship school student in grade three,four,five and some teachers were investigated.From the results of the survey can be found that the use of teachers in education at the present stage disciplinary problems mainly exist the following aspects: teachers' understanding of education disciplinary dislocation,students do not recognise the value of education and punishment,lack of school education disciplinary rules,parents of misunderstanding between cognitive education disciplinary,disciplinary education lacks the support of social environment,law education disciplinary boundaries is a lack of clearly defined;According to the analysis of the survey results,the causes of the problem mainly include the improper educational punishment concept of teachers,the lack of guidance from schools on the educational punishment of teachers,the unclear provisions of educational administrative departments on the disciplinary boundary,and the imperfect legislation of educational punishment laws and regulations.In view of the existing problems,teachers' rational cognition of the boundary of educational punishment should be improved,teachers' personal accomplishment should be improved,teachers' independent development should be promoted,teachers' educational wisdom should be applied,and students' psychological boundary should be explored.Improve the school management of the boundary of educational punishment,promulgate school rules and regulations,attach importance to teacher training,promote home-school cooperation,improve the supervision mechanism,and eliminate the transgression of educational punishment.Guide the direction of public opinion in the boundary of education and punishment,strengthen social propaganda and standardize media reports;To clarify the administrative rules and regulations on the boundary of educational punishment,establish the system and implement the system;We will advance the legislative guarantee of the boundaries of educational punishment,strengthen national legislation and enact local regulations.
