Textbooks,as the main tool of curriculum reform,are a concentrated expression of national will.The quality of textbooks often determines the quality of national education.The examples,as one of the three major components of junior high school mathematics textbooks,is a link connecting knowledge,skills,ideas and methods,and a bridge to transform knowledge into abilities.It is of great significance to study textbook examples.This study mainly uses the methods of literature,content analysis,statistical analysis and comparative research to compare the external characteristics and internal difficulties of the three versions of junior middle school mathematics textbook,which are Renjiao edition,Beijing Normal University Edition and Shanghai Education Edition.The research results are as follows: first,the common points of the three versions of junior high school mathematics textbook examples are:(1)in terms of quantity distribution,the knowledge fields of the three versions of textbook examples are consistent in the quantity distribution of the overall structure;(2)in terms of representation form,the number of the three versions of textbook examples presented in "combination form" accounts for 40%-50% of the total number of textbook examples Secondly,the distribution of the overall structure of each representation form in the knowledge field of the three versions of the textbook examples is the same;(3)in terms of the comprehensive difficulty,the comprehensive difficulty of the three versions of the textbook examples is similar whether they are in the overall comprehensive difficulty or in the example of the common content in each knowledge field;secondly,the main differences in the setting of the three versions of the junior high school mathematics textbook examples:(1)in the terms of quantity distribution,the number of examples in the two versions of the textbook is the same,and both of them are less than that in the Shanghai Edition,The number of examples is 279,232 and 655 respectively;(2)in terms of the setting of questions,the examples of the textbooks in Shanghai Education Edition are the most complete,with a total of eight kinds of questions,while the Renjiao Education Edition and the Beijing Normal University edition only have seven kinds of questions except for the "multiple choice questions";(3)in terms of the processing methods,the examples of the textbooks in Shanghai Education Edition and the people's education edition are distributed in the eight processing methods,but there are only five ways to deal with the problems in CL1,Cl2,CL3,CL4 and CL7 in Beijing Normal University Edition;(4)in terms of overall difficulty,in terms of "background" and "mathematical cognition" difficulty factors,the setting of examples in Shanghai Normal University Edition is better than that in Beijing Normal University Edition and Shanghai Normal University Edition,and in terms of "knowledge content" difficulty factors,the setting of examples in Shanghai Normal University Edition is better In terms of "calculation" difficulty factors,the setting of examples in the human education edition and the Beijing Normal University Edition is better than that in the human education edition and the Shanghai Normal University Edition.According to the conclusion of the above study,this study recommends the writing of junior high school mathematics textbooks and the suggestions for teachers to use textbooks: First,the junior high school mathematics textbooks are written as follows:(1)Appropriate simplification of examples;(2)Rich presentation forms;(3)Strengthen the identification of the positive and negative aspects of the concept,and strengthen the important role of the concept in the examples;(4)Add the actual background of the examples;(5)Enhance the openness of the questions contained in the examples;(6)Improve the standardization of the examples solving form.Second,the teachers' suggestions on the use of textbooks:(1)Appropriate variants of the original examples of textbooks;(2)Reasonably select the example textbooks for teaching.The innovation of this study lies in: this study takes the three different versions of junior high school mathematics textbook examples as the starting point of Renjiao Edition,Beijing Normal University Edition and Shanghai education Edition,It specifically studies the external characteristics and internal difficulties of the textbook examples.This targeted study of textbook examples not only found similarities and differences in writing different versions of textbook examples under the guidance of the same curriculum standard,but also found similarities and differences in writing different versions of textbook examples under the guidance of different curriculum standards.The differences presented in writing put forward corresponding writing suggestions and use suggestions,and at the same time provide the reference for the compilation of textbook examples in our county.The shortcomings of this study are: firstly,this study only carries out a comparative study on the three versions of junior high school mathematics textbook examples,but not on other widely used and representative junior high school mathematics textbooks;secondly,this study only conducts a text study on the three versions of the textbook examples,but does not investigate the use and approval of the textbook examples from teachers and students.
