The concept of physics is a very significant part of high school physics knowledgeable system.The effective degree of senior high school students' comprehension for the physical concept directly affects their mastery of physics knowledge.The physical concepts of physical core literacy has clear requirements for understanding physical concepts well.Electromagnetic field is one of the abstract and difficult physical concepts for students to master.The effective understanding of electromagnetic field for high school students is of great significance to the teachers' effective teaching,students' effective learning and the comprehensive improvement of physics core literacy.Based on the senior high school students' comprehension of the electromagnetic field concepts,starting from the physical core literacy values,this paper elaborates the nature and characteristics of the physical concepts and the psychological theoretical foundation for the formation of the physical concepts.Firstly,based on the physical theoretical basis of the electromagnetic field concept,combined with the cognitive laws,this article teases out the essence,characteristics,representation and the theory of the electromagnetic field concept,and comprehensively demonstrates from the development of human understanding of electromagnetic field and also effectively obtain the physical theory support of electromagnetic field concept.Secondly,according to the current teaching situation of the electromagnetic field concept in senior high school,the author explores a practical investigation from the following three aspects: students,teachers and teaching materials.Through the questionnaire survey,the author analyzes the current teaching situation for senior high school students' comprehension of the electromagnetic field concept and the teachers' teaching present situation,the research of layout and difficulty degree in the present teaching materials of the electromagnetic field concept in high school physics,which summarizes the problems existing in physical teaching.Finally,the author puts forward several teaching improvement schemes and then conducts the teaching practice according to the problems existing in physical teaching.The research shows that the teaching effect has been improved a lot after effectively implementing teaching program.This paper mainly focuses on the problems in the actual teaching,follows the res-earch process from exploring problem to the theory and then to the practice,and summarizes the methods of optimizing the concept teaching,so as to provide several reference for the front-line physics teachers.
