Rural development needs not only strong impetus from economic revitalization, but also social governance to escort it.At present, the core of the "three rural" problem lies in the low income of farmers,so the research is mainly focused on the economic field,in order to achieve the purpose of revitalizing the rural economy and increasing farmers' income, which is undoubtedly correct. But from the overall situation and long-term development of the whole village, rural development depends on the joint efforts of economic growth and social governance. They complement each other and cannot be neglected. In recent years,a series of social problems in the process of rural development have seriously affected the development of the countryside and need urgent attention and solution. In recent years, the call for regional reform of the college entrance examination system in society, resistance to gender discrimination in the process of job hunting.anger over unfair distribution of wealth and income, hatred of vested interest groups, doubts about the abnormal promotion of officials, and abuse of justice and law enforcement are ostensibly people's hatred of the rich and Hate Officer's serious psychology. In fact, they reflect the growing polarization between the rich and the poor, the widening gap between urban and rural areas, the narrowing of class flow channels, and people's complaints about the unequal mechanism created by the alliance of economic elites and political elites with the deepening of social transformation. These complaints are not only a reflection of unequal opportunities and excessive gap between the rich and the poor in the process of social development, but also a reflection of the widening gap between the central group and the marginal group, and also a reflection of the low sense of social fairness among residents. These are not only social problems in the countryside, but also social problems in our country. And are these related to the trust crisis in our society, and is the residents' trust level due to lack of fairness?Compared with urban residents, rural residents' perception of social justice has its own characteristics.Judging from the existing research results, there are many factors that affect the degree of trust. From the perspective of individual enlargement to society, the overall social fairness is one of the important influencing factors, and many results show that the degree of trust in society is significantly positively related to the degree of social fairness. The more fair the society is,the higher the degree of trust people have in external people and organizations, and vice versa. At present, the credibility of some local governments is declining,in fact,a large part of the reason is that ordinary people think that some "privileged classes" can easily achieve their own goals through some special or even gray channels, while the ordinary people are still excludedafter their painstaking efforts. The lack of general trust among rural residents will increase the cost of social operation and is not conducive to the realization of rural revitalization.Based on the above reasons,it is of great practical significance to improve the overall level of social trust by taking the promotion of social fairness as the starting point. This paper uses the methods of literature research and quantitative analysis,Based on social comparison theory and resource factor theory,to sort out the domestic and foreign research literature related to rural residents' social equity and trust, and clearly define the core concepts of rural residents, social equity and trust.Using Oprobit model, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the changes in rural residents' trust under social unfairness from two aspects: whether the society is fair and how fair the society is.It is found that social unfairness has a negative impact on rural residents' trust. When social unfairness occurs,it will significantly reduce rural residents' trust.Furthermore, the analysis of samples shows that the trust of rural residents is also affected by their own individual characteristics and living conditions, such as their education level, age and unhappiness in Sachi.Based on the results of empirical analysis and existing research results, the article finally points out that social fairness is closely related to the government's administrative orientation and ability, and the sense of unfairness of rural residents is also related to their own conditions.Solutions should be found from various aspects to improve the social fairness and further enhance the trust of rural residents.
