Education is a long-term struggle in China.Deepening the reform of education and teaching has become the requirement of the times and the needs of the people.The people's requirements for the quality of education and teaching are also increasing.The effective implementation of the new curriculum reform policy is of great significance to deepen the reform of education and teaching.Throughout the history of Huazhou City,Huazhou City has followed the footsteps of the national new curriculum reform and stepped into the implementation of the new curriculum reform policy.The title of "Provincial Advanced County for Promoting Education Modernization".This requires that Huazhou City should continue to actively implement various tasks for the effective implementation of the new curriculum reform policy in the process of education modernization.In particular,reforms in education and teaching have greatly affected the effective implementation of the new curriculum reform policy.Therefore,in recent years,Huazhou City has strived to promote the effective implementation of the new curriculum reform policy of Huazhou City through education and teaching reform,and maintain the same direction as the national new curriculum reform.This article uses the literature research method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method and interview method for research.First of all,first of Huazhou City to investigate and collect relevant information and data on the implementation of the new curriculum reform policy in Huazhou City.Furthermore,interviews were made with students,parents,teachers,and principals of Huazhou City through a sample survey,and the policy analysis of the content of the interviews and the questionnaire survey was conducted.Finally,using policy execution theory and Smith's policy execution process model for analysis,first of all,the applicability of Smith's policy execution process model in the implementation of Huazhou's new curriculum reform policy is analyzed,followed by the analysis of the effectiveness of Huazhou's new curriculum reform policy implementation,and then The author analyzes the difficulties in the implementation of the new curriculum reform policy in Huazhou City,and finally puts forward the optimization strategy for the implementation of the new curriculum reform policy in Huazhou City,so as to summarize the current status of the implementation of the new Through the investigation and analysis,this article found that: Huazhou reformed the classroom teaching through the reform of education environment.This article strives to fundamentally solve the problem of the implementation of the new curriculum reform in Huazhou City,with a view to providing a certain reference for the implementation of new curriculum reform policies in other counties,cities and other places.
