The new version of the curriculum standard not only deepens the important links of curriculum reform,updates the teaching content,proposes academic quality standards,and most importantly it also condenses the core literacy of the discipline.It can be seen that the core literacy fully reflects the nature of the discipline and the requirements for students.The "Curriculum Standard" puts forward the requirements that students must strive to achieve,and each school can carry out diversified teaching methods according to its own hardware and software conditions to achieve the all-round development of students.Urumqi No.20 Middle School divided the original school into two for teaching due to the construction requirements of the new campus.The researcher's campus was the South Campus.The South Campus includes first-year residents who are selected campus.Most of them are mobile and have a weak academic foundation.In order to optimize teaching efficiency,researchers in this group have decided to carry out teaching work in the form of hierarchical teaching.Layered teaching is actually a transformation idea of teaching students according to their aptitude.The so-called layered teaching refers to classifying students into different levels by considering factors such as personality,ability,and interest in learning in a class group,and then organizing students at various levels into a number of learning groups for teaching.A teaching model.Hierarchical teaching meets the "cooperation" of collective teaching on the one hand and the "division" of personality development on the other.In order to allow all students to develop together,the teaching process of layered teaching includes the formulation of different teaching goals for different levels of students,the design of different questions,the assignment of different assignments,and the evaluation in a variety of ways.The researchers designed the specific operation steps of this teaching research on the basis of previous theories and conducted a semester of teaching practice in the 20 th Middle School South Campus of Urumqi.At the end of the semester,the timeliness of the study was tested by issuing questionnaires,interview transcripts,Excel,SPSS22.0 and other statistical software.The obtained data results are:1)After one semester's effort,the number of scores in the final exam of the class brought by the author has fluctuated significantly from the monthly and mid-term exams.At the same time,the average final score has increased by 6.51% compared with the control class.2)Through the questionnaire,it was found that 62% of the students expressed great approval for layered teaching,and 60% thought that they were more interested in biology than before.89% of students are more confident in learning biology.By analyzing the data and interview transcripts,the researchers believe that this study of teaching practice has reached the following conclusions: Multi-dimensional understanding of students,better teaching according to their aptitude improves classroom efficiency and enhances confidence in learning It is conducive to giving play to the student's main role,stimulating learning interest and promoting teacher-student relationship,which improves the comprehensive ability of teachers.There are necessarily some shortcomings in the research.The conclusions obtained from the integrated research while considering the shortcomings suggest the following: comprehensive promotion of layered teaching allows students to correctly treat "layered teaching".Schools can achieve teacher task reduction by improving the teacher management system.problem.Implement a reward mechanism...
