With the rapid development of China's economy and education,the traditional education model has become increasingly unable to meet the needs of different students with prominent differences,and education is in urgent need of reform.The Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System issued by the State Council in 2014 marked the formal start of the reform of the college entrance examination.Under the background of the new college entrance examination,respecting students' differences and realizing students' personalized development become one of the major goals of high school teaching reform.In order to achieve this goal,it is imperative to change the current teaching mode.Referring to all kinds of educational ideas at home and abroad,this paper puts forward a practical concept of Stratified Class Teaching,which has been tried out in some areas of China.Although the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform in Sichuan has been postponed for a while,Deyang middle school,as one of the first pilot schools in Deyang City,has been firmly supporting the concept of new curriculum reform.The school would practice of the new teaching mode in the six classes of grade 11,teaching physics,chemistry,biology and politics,history and geography.We hope to find out problems and summarize experience through practice and then form a practical system of stratification teaching and administrating among the classes,which can prepare for the official reform of the new National College Entrance Examination in Sichuan province adequately.The author analyzes the correlation theory about stratification teaching among the classes.Combined with the teaching situation of Deyang Middle School,a 3-month teaching practice about biological stratification teaching among six classes was carried out in the second grade of senior high school.We generate detailed strategy to implement teaching in classified classes from students,management mode,teaching objective,teaching content,learning plan,review and other aspects.Finally,the effect of the new teaching mode is evaluated by questionnaire,interview and test performance in biological stage.After three months of Stratified Teaching Among the Classes in biology,this study has achieved good results on the whole:(1)after the implementation of Stratified Teaching Method Among the Classes in biology,students' achievement at different levels has improved significantly,the student's excellent rate increased,and the failure rate decreased;(2)After adopting Stratified Teaching Method Among the Classes,the learning interest and confidence of students at different levels have improved,but the changes in the learning pressure of students at different levels are quite different after applying this method.It is the A-level students who believe that the learning pressure has increased remarkably,followed by B-level,while C-level students believe that their learning pressure is significantly reduced,which is also in line with expectations;(3)Most of the teachers think that the Stratified Teaching Method has already made some achievements which can provide practical reference for other brother colleges.Under the new college entrance examination reform,this teaching mode is worth promoting.Although the high school biology stratified class teaching practice has achieved the expected positive results,there are also some details worth noting in the implementation process.In view of these problems,the author puts forward corresponding optimization measures from three aspects of school,teachers and students to improve this teaching mode.(1)The school authority should propaganda this teaching mode,strengthen the management,enhance teachers' skills,establish a diversified evaluation system,and improve the teaching supporting resources.(2)Teachers should update ideas,improve teaching quality and professional level,and develop school-based supplementary teaching materials.(3)Students should understand stratified class teaching correctly,enhance the consciousness of independent choice and improve self-management capacity.Research results of this paper show that stratified class teaching can mobilize the initiative of different students,exert their maximum potential,and promote them to the best personalized development.This relatively successful new teaching mode provides a case of reference value for the gradual implementation of stratified class teaching in senior high schools in Sichuan province.The specific operation in this research can offer valid data of biological stratified class teaching for educational administrative departments and other schools,and even provides effective practical reference for stratified class teaching in other disciplines.Then finally,it plays a positive role in promoting the smooth implementation of stratified class teaching in Sichuan province.As a biology teacher in senior high school,the author,doing research on this subject,not only can keep pace with the new college entrance examination,update the writer's teaching ideas and provide individualized assistances for students of different levels,but also can offer practical experience for school's biology teaching,which is of great significance.
