| Map literacy is the most basic content of geographical literacy.With the advancement of geography curriculum reform,map,as an important tool,plays an increasingly significant role in geography learning and daily life.The purpose of the study is: according to the concept and content of map literacy,to explore effective map literacy training strategies,in order to enrich the research of map literacy training in rural middle schools,guide teachers’ classroom practice,and provide teaching reference for rural geography teachers.The main research methods are literature,questionnaire,interview and case analysis.First of all,the concept and content of map literacy and the research status at home and abroad are combed by using the literature method.According to the ideas from finding problems to solving problems,the research framework and writing route are constructed to clarify the theme and content of this study.Secondly,the questionnaire survey and interview method are used to investigate the current situation of map literacy training of rural middle school students in underdeveloped areas,and the survey results are divided Analysis;then,according to the results of questionnaire and interview,put forward the strategy of map literacy training around the content of map literacy;finally,carry out the teaching experiment research of map literacy training strategy,apply the strategy of map literacy training to the actual geography teaching,through the comparison analysis before and after the experiment,combined with interview and classroom observation,verify the feasibility and feasibility of map literacy training strategy Effectiveness.The survey results show that: the level of students’ map literacy needs to be improved;teachers do not pay enough attention to map literacy,although they can realize the importance of map,but due to the limitations of their own professional literacy level,as well as the influence of various factors such as external pressure,they have no time to pay attention to the cultivation of map literacy,and the actual teaching effect is poor.The experimental results show that after the implementation of the map literacy training strategy,the students’ awareness of using the map actively is significantly enhanced,the classroom atmosphere is active,the interest and enthusiasm of map learning are high,and the geographical performance is significantly improved,which shows that the map literacy training strategy has certain effectiveness and feasibility,and has certain reference value.On the basis of the above research,this paper combs the conclusion of the article from the current situation investigation,training strategy and teaching experiment research of map literacy,puts forward the shortcomings of the current research and training strategy,and makes a prospect for these two aspects,hoping to provide some reference for teachers to carry out map teaching. |
