"Building up people by virtue" is the fundamental task and practical requirement of the Party for education in the new era,and it clearly defines the direction and goal of education reform in China.Based on this,the Ministry of Education issued "Opinions on Fully Deepening the Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Lide-Shuren" in 2014,clearly pointed out that the development of student development core literacy system is an important link in the implementation of "Lide-Shuren".School physical education needs to make changes based on the top-level design of students' development core literacy in order to assume the responsibility of developing students' core literacy.How to better infiltrate the core quality of physical education into the physical education curriculum will be the key to the reform of physical education curriculum in the next few years.This paper takes the cultivation of core quality of Aerobics in middle school physical education in Jining as the research object,.Firstly,through reading the literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the relevant research results,and strives to enrich the understanding of the theoretical system of sports core literacy.Then,according to the "List of Sports Core Literacy for Senior High School Students" revised by the Ministry of Education,the questionnaire design is completed in terms of sports ability,health behavior,sports moral research dimension and aerobics standards of sports and health courses.Finally,using the questionnaire survey method,combined with the collected data and analysis data,this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the core literacy training of Aerobics in middle schools in Jining area,and formulates training strategies.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.Through the investigation and analysis of the middle school aerobics teaching in Jining area on the cultivation of students' sports core literacy,it is concluded that the cultivation of students' sports ability in aerobics teaching is poor.The concrete manifestation is that students have a poor grasp of the sense of music with aerobics;they do not have a good grasp of the complete set of movements of aerobics,and their coordination with music is not high;they do not have a good understanding of majorevents and corresponding rules of aerobics,and their appreciation of Aerobics competitions is not ideal;but they are willing to teach what they learn to others,which is still very good.2.Through the investigation and analysis of the middle school calisthenics teaching in Jining area on the cultivation of students' sports core literacy,it is concluded that the cultivation of students' healthy behavior literacy in the calisthenics teaching is general.The specific manifestation is that the motivation of participating in aerobics is basically composed of strengthening the body to alleviate fatigue,and the motivation is reasonable;the understanding of the vulnerable parts of the body in aerobics is not optimistic;the warm-up activities before exercise and the relaxation activities after exercise are not paid enough attention;and the safety behavior of migrating to daily life is general.3.Through the investigation and analysis of the middle school calisthenics teaching in Jining area on the cultivation of students' sports core literacy,it is concluded that the cultivation of students' sports moral character in calisthenics teaching as a whole is general and needs to be strengthened in persisting in cooperation,responsibility,overcoming difficulties,correct concept of victory and defeat,fair and disciplined attitude and respect for others.4.Through the analysis,the reasons for this phenomenon are as follows: the guiding ideology of teaching is not clear;teachers' professional ability and literacy need to be strengthened;teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation need to be improved.
