China's economy and comprehensive national strength has been experiencing a long-lasting growth,along with continuous improvement of its international status.International Cultural output is one of the goals in the next stage of China's development plan.Confucius Institute,the primary method of Chinese overseas communication,expands rapidly every year.However,behind the increasing number of institutes are a large number of volunteers,who are sent to overseas Confucius Institutes to engage in teaching activities in various schools,that lack professional teaching experience.Classroom management is a decisive part of teaching activities and is very important to for novice teacher,however,is also a major problem due to lack of experience.This paper uses Sofia First Private Mathematic School as an example while examining and exploring the related situation in Bulgarian primary and secondary schools.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background and significance of this study,the idea and methods applied to the study,and the main objects of the study.The second chapter is the literature review of Chinese education in Bulgaria,domestic and foreign studies of classroom management,and classroom management of Chinese as a foreign language.The third chapter firstly summarizes the overall education system of Bulgaria and the development of its foreign language learning.It provides cultural and educational background for this study.Then the chapter introduces the situation of the school which the author was teaching in and studying,including the information about language courses and language teachers.The fourth chapter takes the Sofia First Mathematics School as an example to analyze the current situation of classroom management in Chinese and other language courses.Through comparative analysis,it points out some existing problems and proposes solutions.The fifth chapter records the real classroom management cases that the author observed in the Bulgarian school.This chapter also includes analysis of the causes of the problems and the teachers' solutions to the problems.Along with the solutions are applicable to the Chinese course.The sixth chapter summarizes some classroom management strategies applicable to the Chinese course.They are based on the author's teaching practice and classroom observation,including the improvement of teachers' own abilities,the methods of problem-solving,and how to cooperate with the school to improve the Chinese course.The seventh chapter is the conclusion,summarizes the results of this study,and points out the shortcomings.Also,expressed author's best wishes for the development of the Chinese language education in Bulgaria and the development of classroom management research.
