With the growing influence of China overseas, Chinese teaching is also growing, the number of teachers is increasing, and teaching level rises as well. However, Chinese classroom management has always been a challenge which teachers have to face.Bulgaria, as one of the first countries to introduce Chinese language teaching after People of Republic China founded, its Chinese language teaching have reached a certain level. However, research in classroom management is still not enough. It finds that in the teaching process, there are many problems in Bulgaria Secondary School’s classroom management, with diversity and specificity. This situation, to some extent, affects the progress of teachers in the classroom, teaching efficacy and student’s learning. Therefore, this article focuses on classroom management, taking Maxim Gorky secondary school as example, to investigate related situations in Bulgaria.Investigation of the paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction, including the significance of the topic, literature review, research ideas, methods and definition of classroom management.The second chapter introduces the Bulgarian secondary schools, especially the basic situation of classroom management for Chinese class in Maxim Gorky secondary school. It presents the basic conditions of environmental management and discipline management, rules and regulations in school and Chinese class.The third chapter is about existing problems of classroom management. This chapter, on the basis of teacher interviews, questionnaires and author’s observation data, discusses about current problems in local teacher and volunteer teachers’Bulgarian Chinese class.The fourth chapter is about reasons of Chinese classroom management problem. This chapter, based on existing classroom management issues, is divided into two aspects, which are funding and education. Lack of funds for classroom management generates limitations. In education area, this chapter discusses Bulgarian Chinese classroom management issues from six parts-teachers, students, schools, parents, educational philosophy and education system.The fifth chapter is about strategies and recommendations for existing problems. Combined with existing classroom management problems, we discuss targeted coping strategies, analyze them with actual cases; in addition, we present supplementary classroom management recommendations for future Chinese teachers in Bulgaria.In summary, this essay reviews the basic situation of the Bulgarian secondary school’s Chinese classroom management, the main content issues, causes, strategies and recommendations. Then defects of this essay are reflected by the end.
