Group Work Involves Volunteering For College Students Sustainability Study

As an important carrier of educational work in colleges and universities,voluntary service actively plays the functions of knowledge promotion,ability cultivation and value building.However,in recent years,studies have found that college students' volunteer service behavior gradually exposes the problems of insufficient endogenous motivation,single activity form,absence of public opinion and publicity,and lagging construction of volunteer service mechanism,etc.,which restricts the functional play and value realization of college students' volunteer service,and promotes the sustainable development of the calabash.How to make use of the existing advantages of college student volunteers to help them promote their self-identity,reshape their cognition,stimulate the endogenous motivation of volunteer service,improve the incubation and management ability of volunteer organizations,and improve the dilemma of sustainable development of college student volunteer service become the intervention point of social worker services.By using the method of group work in social work,the author involved in the organization of youth volunteer association of hubei S university and recruited a total of 13 members.After three months of contact,the author evaluated the needs of youth volunteer association,aiming at the cognitive reconstruction needs and self-growth needs of college student volunteers.Incubation capacity demand of college students volunteer organization,volunteer team management ability demand,to develop college students volunteer service sustainability team intervention activities,and volunteers to eight students and the youth volunteer association directly under five volunteer service team,for the service object,head of social work services based on social goal model divided into volunteerism hatch transfer,promote voluntary organizations and management training and supervising growth group of volunteers to participate in volunteer service activities three stages,five team work.The author provides services according to the goals set at each stage,and constantly reflects on the deficiencies and effectiveness of the work in the service process,and improves the working methods in time to better complete the team service.After the end of the group,the author evaluated the effectiveness of the group and drew a conclusion.Through the intervention of social workers,it is effective to form a correct cognition of volunteer service among college student volunteers and to improve the hatching and management ability of volunteer organizations.This study provides experience for the sustainable development of college students' volunteer services through the volunteer growth group,and provides practical materials for the application of social objective model in social work.However,some problems in the process of service development are also worth further discussion.
