Research On College Students' Voluntary Service Behavior And Its Sustainability

It is well known that volunteer behavior is an indispensable factor in the volunteer service system.Whether the volunteer behavior is scientific or not can directly affect the efficiency and realization of the value of the volunteer service.Moreover,the innovation and perfection in its management system is a key to institutionalization construction of the volunteer service.Under the background of new era,the motivation and pattern of undergraduate volunteer service behavior becomes diversified and the society expects more and more from the undergraduate volunteer service behavior.So building a set of scientific,reasonable and effective management mechanism to optimize undergraduate volunteer service behavior has already been inevitable.It can provide a solid and effective institutional assurance for the sustainability of undergraduate volunteer service behavior,which will form a long-term mechanism to improve undergraduate volunteer service behavior.The sustainability of undergraduate volunteer service behavior inherently contains some requirements in scientific normalization,good benefits or spatial and temporal continuity,which shows the true value of undergraduate volunteer service and embodies undergraduates' responsibility.In addition,it has a strong function of social demonstration,education and incentive.In our country,we are devoted to building a harmonious and all-round well-off society now,which is a heavy,urgent task and requires social cohesion to overcome difficulties.Therefore,to promote the sustainability of undergraduate volunteer service behavior is of extremely practical significance.However,owing to the lack of social support,poor college management and the limitation of undergraduates' own ability,undergraduate volunteer service behavior becomes unsustainable such as random,non-science,low efficiency which are real challenges undergraduate volunteer service behavior management system should be faced with.In order to change the phenomenon,we should be based on the mechanisms of behavior concept,behavior process and behavior practice to work together.Then from the perspective of the society,the university and undergraduates as main subjects,we can form three-dimensional,omnibearing and procedural management.For the society,through the power of institution,example and propaganda,carry forward the socialist core values as the basic guide and deliver the spirit of volunteering service as the core content to strengthen the consensus guidance.For the university,require accurate location and control the whole.To be precise,locate volunteer service accurately for students' development,upgrade management mode to predict student behavior scientifically and control the whole process of service behavior to optimize the management efficiency.For undergraduates,combine volunteer spirit with time development and understand the true spirit of the volunteer service;Set up awareness of problems and in the real attention,inspire and enhance the emotional identity to construct the new vision of volunteer service;Act out and expand the new field of voluntary service.
