Research On The Function Of College Student Village Officials In Partaking Rural Ethos Construction

To improve the quality and speed of the development of countryside,the party and government have been selecting and employing excellent university graduates to serve as village cadres.It provides an important guarantee for strengthening the new rural construction and accelerating the rural revitalization,and great changes have taken place in the countryside as well.However,college student village officials plan and rural civilization construction are institutional arrangements with Chinese characteristics thus we should pay more attention on whether college students village officials can play an effective role in the process or not and how big their influence could be.In that way,we can further stimulate the effectiveness of college student village officials and effectively promote the rural civilization construction.This paper takes the construction of rural civilization as the research background,using questionnaire survey,on-the-spot interview,case analysis and other methods to research college student village officials in Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province.According to the pattern of putting forward problems,analyzing causes and solving problems,combining with the theory of Adams' s theory of equity,Maslow's demand level theory,Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings,College Student Village Official Policy,and adopting the method of combining theory with field investigation,a comprehensive investigation has been conducted on the role of college student village officials in rural civilization construction in Wenzhou.Based on the investigation and analysis of college student village officials in Wenzhou City,it is believed that they have achieved good results in general,which provides a channel for solving the employment of university graduates,enhance the efficiency of the policy implementation and cohesion of the grass-roots village collective,and injects new vitality into the construction of rural civilization.However,college student village officials also face some difficulties in the process,mainly from three aspects: college student village officials themselves,social environment in the countryside and residents in rural areas.These problems cause barriers for some college student village officials to fulfill their duty in the construction.Based on the research results of experts,this research investigates and analyzes the role and path of college student village officials in the construction of rural civilization by multiple methods.The article focuses on the main problems faced by college student village officials,analyzes the causes of the problems by charts.It also puts forward the ideas of optimizing routes of college student village officials in the construction.What's more,some effective suggestions are given in the article,like improving the selection and employment system of College Student village officials,posting responsibility system and training mechanism,guaranteeing the orderly flow of college student village officials and so on,which will further improve the plan of college student village officials,make them achieve their highest efficiency and provide reference for relevant departments of Wenzhou municipal government to formulate policies.
