The Problem Of Student Village Officials On The Ideological And Political Education In Remote Mountain Areas

On the Development process of student village officials, gradually show the features of new group. Especially student village officials in remote mountain areas have unique features, and the situations of remote mountain areas are more complex. To student village officials play a role in remote mountain areas, this thesis study the Ideological and Political Education of student village officials in remote mountain areas, and the problem of research will be the focus. Research on the problem have two aspects, which are the combination of internal factors and external environment and the combination of the Ideological and Political Education System and Development. The conclusions are obtained as follows, including the Ideological and psychological problems, the ideological and political education system defects, the training system imperfect, environmental disadvan tages of the ideological and political education. This thesis analyzed the reason about the problems, the conclusions are obtained as follows, including the plan of student village officials have adverse effects on the ideological and political education, the lack of supervision mechanism, lack of knowledge to student village officials, failure to achieve normal development. Analysises of the response are as follows, including perfect relevant mechanisms, expand the system of the ideological and political education, perfect training system, to improve the understanding, optimize the environment.
