The Taizhou Municipal Education Bureau of Jiangsu Province launched the "163"Action Plan for Taizhou's education transformation and development in 2012,launching the"Jiangsu Tai Micro-lectures "(hereinafter referred to as " Tai Micro-lectures "),a resource platform with local characteristics for micro-lectures in primary and secondary schools.The platform,which is used by nearly three hundred thousand students in Taizhou,has been widely welcomed by teachers,students and parents,but problems have been found in its use,these problems restrict the further development of the platform.At present,there is no systematic investigation and analysis of the current situation,the influencing factors and the problems faced by the middle school students on the platform of Tai Micro-lectures,the purpose of this study is to find out the main problems of the platform by investigating the current situation of the platform used by middle school students in this area,and to put forward effective countermeasures to improve the platform's application efficiency,better for teachers and students to provide self-learning support services,but also for the same type of micro-lectures resources platform to provide reference.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the research background,the research goal and the content,the research mentality and the method,the research significance.The second part of the literature review,combing micro-lectures,micro-lectures platform,learning platform availability and platform satisfaction,and other related topics of research status.The third part is the survey design,based on the relevant research to establish a survey framework,and according to the framework of motivation and demand,behavior and process,effectiveness and expectations of the three main dimensions of the design of the questionnaire.The fourth part is the implementation and analysis of the survey.Through the analysis of the data collected from the survey and the interview records,it systematically presents the current situation of the middle school students in Taizhou using the platform,and analyzed,for example,the relative scarcity of high-quality resources,the low level of information-based family conditions and parental support,teachers' lack of understanding of Tai Micro-lectures and other factors affecting students'use of Tai micro-lectures,as well as the existence of a single platform for Tai micro-lectures video type,interactive function of the platform is not perfect and so on.In the fifth part,the author puts forward the strategies and suggestions to promote the effective use of the platform from the teachers,students,administrators and parents.The sixth part summarizes and looks forward,summarizes the research conclusion and the insufficiency,looks forward to the future research.It is hoped that this study can promote the more effective use of Tai Micro-lectures Platform,and provide useful reference for the construction and application of similar micro-course platform in other regions of China.
