Since the 21 st century,the development of information technology has advanced by leaps and bounds,and many new media have been born and popularized.The change of communication methods has made the public more diverse ways to obtain information,and the media has become an integral part of people's lives.At the same time,the rise of smart education has made "Internet + Education" a national-level strategy,and new technologies such as Internet technology,multimedia technology,and artificial intelligence have poured into college classrooms.Compared with children of lower school age,college students have more mature cognitive abilities;compared with junior and senior high school students,college students have a lighter academic burden and have more opportunities and time to access the Internet.How to avoid the many negative impacts of college students in using the Internet,emerging technologies,and media,so that students can give full play to the advantages of emerging technologies,efficiently obtain useful information,and truly become the beneficiaries of smart education is an urgent problem.The key to solving the problem is to improve the media literacy of college students.The evaluation of college students' internet media literacy determines whether the internet media literacy education can be carried out effectively.It is important to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system.Based on the perspective of the concept of smart education,and combined with the research results of the media literacy evaluation index system at home and abroad,this study designed a network media literacy evaluation index for college students under the perspective of smart education composed of seven dimensions,and compiled a network based on this Media Literacy Survey Pretest Scale.Then,students from Shanxi Normal University were surveyed,and a network questionnaire was issued and data was collected.After screening,project analysis,and exploratory factor analysis of the obtained data,college students including 7 first-level indicators and 26 second-level indicators were finally determined.Hypothetical model for the evaluation index system of network media literacy.Then,based on the hypothetical model,a formal questionnaire for college students' online media literacy survey was compiled,and the questionnaire was reissued for students from Shanxi Normal University.The recovered data was imported into AMOS software,and the hypothetical model was revised and tested to obtain a well-suited rating index system and determine the index weights at all levels.Finally,it analyzes the level of network media literacy of the students of Shanxi Normal University,and puts 4 forward suggestions for the development of internet media literacy education in colleges and universities.
