Application Studies On The Social Work Intervention To The Anxiety Problem Of Grass-roots Works Under The Theory Of Ecosystem

Guided by the value concept of social work,this paper focuses on the anxiety characteristics of grass-roots workers,the causes of anxiety and how to use social work professional methods to intervene and other issues,using the ecosystem theory to analyze,and through case work,group work and other professional methods to intervene.Through the use of quantitative research,qualitative research and action research methods,it clearly points out that the grass-roots workers have four characteristic factors of anxiety:work task anxiety,life condition anxiety,interpersonal relationship anxiety,career prospect anxiety.In the framework of ecosystem theory,from the micro system,medium and macroscopic system three aspects of grass-roots workers causes of anxiety has carried on the concrete analysis,the following conclusions:first,the role of the helpless,the ideal and the reality gap,the lack of personal ability is the grass-roots staff anxiety of micro factors;Secondly,trivial housework and busy work make grass-roots workers care about one or the other,which is the medium factor that leads to their anxiety.Third,the policy,the restriction of the system is the macro factor that causes the anxiety of the grass-roots workers.The author use case work and group work methods with anxiety problem of individuals and groups,respectively,to carry out the service,from the point of the whole process of intervention and effect,in the face of problems and needs of different service object,whether using case work or group work,can rise to relieve anxiety status of service object,to improve the personal ability,meet the individual needs,Achieve personal development goals.Reflecting on the intervention effect of social work,we can see that social work has advantages in intervening grass-roots workers' anxiety problems,which are shown in the following aspects:first,social work has been highly concerned and valued by the government and society;Second,the professional characteristics of social work is conducive to the satisfaction of grass-roots workers' problems and needs;Third,the intervention of social work is conducive to ensuring the long-term effective implementation of the mental health care mechanism of grass-roots workers.At the same time,it is effective for social work to intervene the anxiety of grass-roots workers,which is embodied in individual case service and group activities.Finally,in order to reduce the anxiety of grass-roots workers,the author puts forward reasonable suggestions from the macro,medium and micro systems,and points out the shortcomings of this study in the selection of research objects,the implementation of methods and methods,and the limitation of professional ability,which lays a foundation for future research.
