Since the concept of job burnout was put forward,it has become a hot research topic.A lot of research findings have been made by the domestic and foreign scholars and research subjects also involve all walks of life.However,it was not until the 21 st century that Chinese scholars began to study the job burnout of archivists,and the research on the job burnout of grass-roots archivists is scarce.As the basic force of archives work,grass-roots archivists have to face the tedious work,backward and blocked working environment,and the pressure from the public.Under which circumstances the problem of job burnout can not be ignored on the grounds that job burnout not only affects the physical and mental health of grass-roots archivists,but also tends to reduce work enthusiasm and work efficiency more easily.Therefore,great importance should be attached to the problem of job burnout of grass-roots archivists,study its causes and find out effective countermeasures,which are of great significance to improve the spiritual outlook of archivists,promote the sound development of archives,boost the efficiency and improve the service level of government departments.This study takes 200 grass-roots archivists in Fujian Province as samples.From the perspective of career theory and two-factor theory,it is aimed at analyzing the level of job burnout of grass-roots archivists,the difference of job burnout in demographic indicators and the influencing factors of job burnout,through SPSS25 statistical software,so as to explore the causes of job burnout and the effective countermeasures to alleviate job burnout.It is found that the job burnout of grass-roots archivists is on the middle and lower level,and the emotional exhaustion is more serious.Also,there are significant differences among the grass-roots archivists of different majors,working years,compilation,unit categories and special posts.Through the results of the survey,this thesis analyzes the impact of various variables on job burnout,as well as the causes of job burnout from the four aspects of occupation,organization,society and individual.Based on this,from the three dimensions of organization,system and individual,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to effectively intervene in job burnout of grass-roots archivists.
