In recent years, due to the deepening of reforms, the situation faced by state-owned oil enterprises has become more complex. In order to strive to comply with the requirements of the times, continue to promote green and low-carbon transformation, vigorously implement special actions to improve quality and efficiency, strengthen cost and expense control, and continuously increase the work pressure of enterprise employees. The proportion of female employees in state-owned oil enterprises is relatively large, and their role in the enterprise is also more important. At the same time, with the relaxation of the national second child policy, many lactating female workers not only need to nurse newborns but also invest in work, directly increasing their time, energy and other burdens.Faced with the dual pressures of life and work,if the relationship between the two cannot be scientifically handled, some problems will inevitably arise, such as emotional anxiety among some female employees. In response to this phenomenon, this article analyzes it based on reality and finds that the factors that cause anxiety among lactating female employees are diverse, originating from family or work reasons,as well as special physiological reasons for women, and sometimes also influenced by the surrounding environment. If lactating women experience psychological problems,it may have certain negative consequences for their families, units, and society. It not only affects family harmony, but also affects the normal production of enterprises, and even affects social stability. Therefore, providing psychological counseling to lactating female employees and improving the effectiveness of emotional management has certain practical significance for oil companies. The experience accumulated in corporate social work provides theoretical and methodological support for managing employees’ emotions. The values of respect, acceptance, equality, and mutual assistance demonstrated in corporate social work in practice are in line with the requirements for alleviating employees’ emotional stress to a certain extent. However, due to the late start and slow development of corporate social work in China,it has not received attention from enterprises, especially large state-owned enterprises, which rarely use social work methods to manage and regulate employees’ emotions. Many state-owned enterprises have not established relevant functional departments to carry out social work, nor are they equipped with corresponding personnel. Most of their social work is carried out through trade union organizations, but the trade union rarely pays sufficient attention to lactating women workers, and the trade union also lacks skills and theoretical construction in emotional management. This article takes oilfield production enterprises as the research object, conducts a survey and research on lactating employees on the production line, analyzes the factors that lead to their emotional anxiety in work and life, and based on professional social work theory, uses group work intervention methods to actively explore ways to alleviate and improve the emotional anxiety of lactating employees, and verifies through practice. On this basis, the effectiveness of group intervention is evaluated from the perspectives of enterprises Summarize the two aspects of social work, providing data support for theoretical research in this field, accumulating experience in corporate social work, and providing better psychological care for lactating employees.
