In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the job burnout of grassroots civil servants.Civil servants at the grass-roots level is the people’s power concentrated charge a line workers,also is the position of a special jobs,often because of heavy work,drab,inflexible and other factors lead to job burnout,direct damage on civil servants at the grass-roots level of motivation,service quality and the individual’s physical and mental health of the masses,in the past for a long time will seriously affect China’s national policies and administrative affairs in a line at the grass-roots level to carry out and implement,hinder the sustainable development of the cause of our party and country.At present,it is urgent to study the job burnout of grassroots civil servants in our country.To improve the job burnout of grassroots civil servants is an important task that our party and country urgently need to pay attention to and solve.Taking grassroots civil servants in Y City as the research object,this paper adopts MBI-GS scale,semi-structured interview and participatory observation method to understand the current situation of grassroots civil servants’ job burnout in Y City,and analyzes the causes of grassroots civil servants’ job burnout in Y City by applying the three-dimension theory.In this study,the author adopts the group work method,takes the three-dimension theory,the social support network theory and the cognitive behavior theory as the theoretical basis,develops the group work plan,and through the group activities,achieves the goal of alleviating the job burnout of members,improving personal sense of achievement and efficacy,and constructing the social support network.This research consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background,significance,literature review at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and innovation of the research.The second is the definition of relevant concepts and theories.Third,analyze the current situation of job burnout of grassroots civil servants in Y City.Through the analysis of 174 valid questionnaires and the in-depth interviews with 10 grassroots civil servants,it is found that they have different degrees of problems in the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and reduction of personal sense of achievement,and then analyzes the main reasons for their job burnout.The fourth is a practical analysis of the involvement of group work in the job burnout of grassroots civil servants in Y City.Through a good preparation work and team plan design,record the specific process of the team,analyze the roles and skills of the workers,pay attention to the changes of team members,and make corresponding adjustments to the team plan in a timely manner.Fifth,the effect of group intervention on the job burnout of grassroots civil servants in Y city was evaluated.The overall effect of group intervention was summarized through process evaluation and result evaluation,combined with the analysis of pre-and post-test data of the control group and the intervention group and the group satisfaction survey.Sixth,thinking and suggestions.This study found that the use of group work intervention can effectively alleviate the job burnout of grassroots civil servants in Y City,but there are also some limitations,and the author further put forward some suggestions.
