Research On Improving The Resilience Of Disabled Elderly Families Through Case-work

The lack of social support for the disabled elderly in China is mainly manifested in the aspects of support,rehabilitation and life,which leads to many problems that families of the disabled elderly may face.Therefore,we hope to enhance the ability of disabled elderly families to face the crisis through case intervention.This paper takes a family in Y community of Shenyang as the service object,mainly using the method of case work,through providing professional social services,to improve the resistance level of disabled elderly families.This study is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction,the author introduces the research background,research problems,research purpose and significance,and puts forward the innovation of this paper.The second part is literature review,which introduces the research status of this field at home and abroad,and finds the shortcomings of the existing research,which is the starting point of this paper.The third part is the author to the disabled elderly family resistance related concepts to define clearly,and put forward the theoretical basis used in this paper,list the analysis framework.The fourth part first introduces the social work methods used in the research,and introduces the meaning and principles of social work of individual cases.Then,it puts forward the selection of research objects,collection of research object data,and analysis of the research object data.The fifth part analyzes the basic situation of the disabled elderly family and the current situation of the family resistance of the disabled elderly by collecting and sorting out the data.Finally,the causes of the low resistance of the disabled elderly families are analyzed.The sixth part includes the professional implementation process of social work case work,namely,six steps:receiving,estimating,planning,intervening,evaluating and accepting cases,so as to realize self-help for people.The seventh part is to summarize and reflect on the above analysis.The research found that through the intervention of the disabled elderly family,the resilience of the disabled elderly family has greatly improved.When the case owner is in trouble,he can face it with optimistic attitude,and the communication between family members is smooth,and he has learned to express his inner love to each other.Many laughter and laughter are added in the family,unlike the complaints before.Through this paper,I hope that it can provide some reference for the study of the family resistance of the disabled elderly in the future.
