A Case Work On The Growth Dilemma Of Idle Adolescents

With the rapid development of society,the speeding up of economic development in our country and the rapid transformation of social structure,some teenagers free outside the school and workplace due to drop out of school,unemployment,increasingly marginalized and place into the weak position,and because the social prejudice they are defined as "bad boys","punk",discrimination and prejudice from the outside world cause they are under great psychological pressure,facing a difficult to get rid of the growth of the trouble.Despite the increasing attention and social support from the state to adolescents,there is still a large gap in relevant policies and support for idle adolescents.At present,the management of idle adolescents in China is mainly dominated by the concept of control,which means that idle adolescents are regarded as social problems.As they are out of school and out of work,they often face great pressure in life and psychology.At present,there is a lack of academic research on improving the growth plight of idle teenagers.Therefore,it is an important part of dealing with the future problems of idle teenagers to study the causes of their difficulties and put forward the ways to improve their growth difficulties.Therefore,it is urgent to study and explore the social work involved in the growth dilemma of idle teenagers.Teenagers with idleness are generally faced with a variety of growth difficulties.Through the survey,it is found that teenagers with idleness lasting for about one year have the most urgent desire to change.Most idle teenagers are faced with such problems as high psychological pressure,estranged family relationship,confusion in life direction and being labeled by the public.Social workers hope to use professional knowledge to help clients solve practical problems,and put forward suggestions from a professional perspective to help idle teenagers get out of idle state as soon as possible.Selected from the idle state of a 17-year-old lasted more than half a year's director,as a main research object,discuss the idle youth of life and psychological demand,and discuss the source of the problem and the solution according to this,help the director to solve practical problems,in order to alleviate the pressure of the director.In this paper,we use advantages perspective,from teenagers' condition,family support and social support three aspects analyses the reason of adolescent growth difficulties for idle,and through the CD-RISC psychological scale,observation method and interview method to evaluate egotism change,summary and reflection,to find out effective method to improve its predicament,and put forward some targeted Suggestions.This paper mainly in the perspective of social work using the case of professional social work method,from a more positive perspective of idle youth groups,help people from another point of view,this group,from "weak perspective" to "advantage perspective",enrich research field of idle youth,has a certain theoretical value and significance.
