| The cultivation of core mathematics literacy is clearly proposed by the "General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",which has played a guiding role in the learning and development of junior high school students.Mathematical abstraction is the embodiment of the essential characteristics of mathematics. The research on how to improve the abstract literacy of junior high school students in teaching is very important. However,it is difficult to obtain better results in conventional teaching by traditional methods. The development of modern information technology provides a new way for teaching.GeoGebra software has powerful algebraic operations and geometrical drawing dynamic portability,so it can provide a powerful platform for students to improve their mathematical abstract literacy in modern teaching.Use GeoGebra software as a medium to demonstrate the feasibility of improving the abstract literacy of junior high school students in mathematics, and implement case studies to provide reference for teaching practice.First,we can get the connotation of mathematical abstract literacy and the characteristics of GeoGebra software by searching related literature and monographs.Based on the theoretical basis, the evaluation framework of the level of abstract literacy in mathematics of junior high school students is determined, and it is used to continue to study the status quo and cases of the level of abstract literacy in mathematics of junior high school students.Secondly, according to the established evaluation framework of mathematical abstract literacy level,a self-compiled mathematical abstract literacy test paper was used to investigate junior high school students in a third grade in Huanggang City,Hubei Province.Understand the mathematics abstract literacy level of junior high school students through investigation.Using SPSS software to analyze the overall level distribution status and difference analysis, the final conclusion is: the overall level of students’ abstract literacy in mathematics is not high, middle and low-level students have the potential to improve, and the average level of abstract literacy of junior high school boys is higher than that of junior high school girls high.Interviews with junior high school teachers found that it is difficult for teachers to cultivate abstract literacy in mathematics in conventional teaching, and it is difficult to achieve. Then understand the limitations of traditional teaching in cultivating students’ abstract literacy in mathematics, and propose feasible solutions. Finally, the strategy of applying GeoGebra to cultivate the abstract literacy of junior high school students is based on the theoretical basis and investigation conclusions from three aspects: before class, during class, and after class. Then developed two cases of using GeoGebra to improve the mathematical abstract literacy of junior high school students. The cases originated from the two sections of junior high school math algebra and geometry. The characteristics of the cultivation of abstract literacy in mathematics under the GeoGebra environment are analyzed from actual teaching cases.Discussing GeoGebra is more helpful for breaking through the abstract teaching content of junior high schools, and related research needs to be further deepened. |
