Calculation And Countermeasure Research On The Contribution Rate Of Higher Education To Economic Growth

Under the background of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,"implementing the innovation driven development strategy" has gradually become a major development strategy at this stage.The scientific research achievements and talent cultivation quality of higher education are the main factors to promote the implementation of the innovation driven strategy,and also an important factor to improve the regional economic development.In recent years,Rizhao City,Shandong Province,the rapid economic development,higher education has also achieved good results,the measurement of Rizhao City higher education contribution to economic growth is imperative.The research on the contribution rate of higher education to economic growth in Rizhao City can not only make up for the lack of this research,but also has profound theoretical significance to promote the local economic development.Combined with the development status of local economy and higher education in Rizhao City,this paper takes the relevant data of Rizhao City from 2002 to 2020 as the analysis index,uses the relevant theories and methods of statistics,pedagogy and econometrics,and takes the correlation between higher education and regional economic development as the research main line,launches the empirical analysis of higher education on regional economic growth,and deeply explores higher education The contribution rate to regional economic growth provides a theoretical basis for promoting the coordinated development of economy and higher education in Rizhao City.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper introduces the background and significance of the research,combs the relevant literature of domestic and foreign scholars on higher education and regional economic development,and explains the research methods and contents on the basis of stating the relevant research background.The second chapter qualitatively analyzes the relationship between higher education and regional economic development.This paper introduces the basic concepts of higher education and regional economy,analyzes the interactive mode of higher education and regional economic growth,and finally gives a brief description of the theoretical basis used in this paper.The third chapter studies quantitatively the relationship between higher education and economic development in Shandong Province.Rizhao's real GDP from 2002 to 2020 is the economic growth index,and the relevant data of financial investment and human investment is the higher education measurement index.By using ADF unit root test method,the VAR model and time series cointegration test are established,and it is concluded that there is a long-term dynamic equilibrium relationship among variables.Finally,through the impulse response function,it is concluded that higher education has a positive effect on economic growth.The fourth chapter analyzes the contribution rate of Rizhao higher education to economic growth.Using the C-D calculation model,this paper takes the relevant data from 2002 to 2020 as the analysis object,calculates the per capita education years of the employed,the comprehensive index growth rate of higher education,and the real growth rate of GDP,so as to obtain the contribution rate of higher education to economic growth,and compares it with the contribution rate of higher education to economic growth in Shandong Province,and analyzes the reasons.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of higher education and economy in Rizhao City.This paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions to promote the coordinated development of higher education and regional economy in Rizhao from three aspects: strengthening the government's macro-control,improving the support of enterprises,and strengthening the self construction of colleges and universities.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text and prospects.
