Research On The Reorganization And Transformation Of Teaching And Research Offices In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of The Community

As an important grassroots teaching organization in colleges and universities,the teaching and research section is the implementation unit of the teaching work in colleges and universities,which plays a decisive role in improving the quality of education and teaching in colleges and universities.At present,the teaching and research section is faced with the lack of management mode of grassroots teaching and research organization in colleges and universities,which leads to the decline of teaching quality year by year.The construction of teaching and research offices in universities is related to the development of teaching and scientific research,the improvement of teachers' ability and the guarantee of education quality in colleges and universities.This paper combines the community theory model with the characteristics of the teaching and research section in colleges and universities,and puts forward the construction paradigm of the new teaching and research section in order to improve the operation of the teaching and research section in colleges and universities and promote the improvement of teaching quality.Firstly,to understand the theoretical appropriateness analysis between the community of scholars and the community of disciplines,and to understand the status of teaching and research departments in universities under the carrier of the community.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current development status of the teaching and research section and the actual status of the teaching and research section in colleges and universities under the carrier of the community.There are some problems,such as unclear management status and unstable team structure.Finally,explicit target of the construction of the teaching and research section and positioning,strategic choice for the construction of the teaching and research section,from microscopic to medium planning to macroeconomic regulation and control,clear in the teaching and research section of the director and the teachers themselves and the development of the spirit,improve the teaching and research section in the corresponding rules and regulations,optimize the operating method of teaching and research section,clear characteristics of integrity,harmony and freedom of teaching and research section,change the current system mode and management mode of teaching and research section,make the teaching and research section on the basis of the original restructuring and reform,play a role of teaching and research section teaching organizations at the grass-roots level,and promote higher education training quality.
