As the cradle of cultivating national skilled talents,secondary vocational schools should not neglect the education of legal knowledge while strengthening skills teaching,so as to cultivate students' correct outlook on life and values,and achieve the goal of all-round development.At the beginning of 2020,the school was postponed due to the epidemic and started online teaching activities.Among them,the method of live teaching has the largest number of users,the widest coverage,and the most significant application effect.Through questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews in some secondary vocational schools,based on the results of the survey,the problems faced by the live teaching of law courses in secondary vocational schools were put forward,and the root causes of the problems were analyzed,and optimization countermeasures were put forward to improve teaching quality of legal education for secondary vocational students.This article is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.It expounds the research background,research methods and significance of this article,as well as the current research situation at home and abroad,which opens up ideas for the research of this article.The second part is the basic understanding of live teaching.By consulting books,journals and related papers,it defines the relevant concepts of modern distance education and live teaching,and discusses the relevant theoretical basis for the development of live teaching research.The third part is the investigation of the status quo of the application of live teaching in secondary vocational law courses.Through the distribution of online electronic questionnaires,the teachers and students of 10 secondary vocational schools were surveyed,and some online interviews were conducted with the teachers and students of some secondary vocational schools.Students are unfamiliar with live teaching,the lack of attractiveness of live classroom,poor communication and interaction effects,increased difficulty in teaching management,and imperfect technical guarantees.The fourth part is to combine the problems of the live teaching of law courses for secondary vocational students,and propose measures to strengthen teachers' information teaching ability,and to optimize the overall design of the teaching form of live classroom,and propose the construction of "guests" interaction and "moot courts" live classroom are used to enrich teaching methods and increase attractiveness.In addition,this paper also proposes a live classroom supervision and management plan and technical guarantee measures based on home-school collaboration,so as to continuously improve the effect of live teaching.The fifth part puts forward a teaching practice plan for the live teaching of law courses in secondary vocational schools.According to the above-mentioned optimization measures for live teaching,the live teaching plan is systematically improved in terms of teaching preparation,teaching implementation,and after-class evaluation.The paper is to provide a certain reference value for legal teaching in secondary vocational schools.I hope that through this article,we can accumulate some experience and practices for the teaching of legal courses in secondary vocational schools,and continue to summarize and improve them in teaching practice,and explore a live teaching method suitable for the teaching of secondary vocational legal courses in my country,so that the live teaching method can not only be used in special periods,but also be used as a supplement to offline teaching and better integrated into the daily teaching work and play more value.
