Research On The Cultivation Of The Awareness Of The Rule Of Law In The Teaching Of High School Ideological And Political Courses

In the process of implementing the strategy of "ruling the country by law",our country has always attached importance to the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law.In the teaching of the new edition of high school political textbook "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics",it is necessary to conduct research on strengthening the cultivation of senior high school students' awareness of the rule of law.This article first analyzes the relevant theories.Define the related concepts,clarify the core content,learn the relevant theoretical foundations of the academic field,and look for the study of "the cultivation of the rule of law awareness of the students in the teaching of " Socialism with Chinese Characteristics " in high school" Theoretical basis and method guidance.Second,interpret the high school "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" curriculum,and look for legal education resources that can be explored and utilized in the textbooks.It is conducive to excavate and make good use of the legal awareness training resources in the textbooks to cultivate the legal awareness.Third,to absorb relevant theoretical foundations from the academic circles,and to find theoretical basis and method guidance for the study of "the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of " Socialism with Chinese Characteristics " in high school".In order to gain insight into the current situation of the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" in high schools,surveys are conducted in the form of questionnaire surveys,interview surveys,and classroom teaching observations.After investigating the situation at this stage,we have certainly achieved results.Most teachers have the awareness of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law for high school students,and have carried out the practice of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law in teaching,so that most students can initially form the awareness of the rule of law.But we also admit that there are indeed some problems and shortcomings.Although most teachers can attach importance to the cultivation of the rule of law awareness and consciously cultivate the awareness of the rule of law for students in their teaching practice,some teachers still ignore the cultivation of the rule of law awareness of high school students in their teaching.In addition,the rapid update of the content of the teaching materials also increases the difficulty of teaching development;the lack of learning enthusiasm of students affects the effect of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law.Due to the influence of certain ideas,some teachers have a deviation in the understanding of "the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law for high school students";teachers do not have sufficient grasp of the new textbooks;the lack of diversified development of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law,these are the reasons.In order to solve the problems of "teacher's concept,teacher's insufficient grasp of new teaching materials,and the way of cultivating rule of law consciousness",the countermeasures are proposed from three aspects.The first is to start with the concept of teachers and strengthen teachers' concept of "cultivation of awareness of the rule of law".The second is to start with the teacher's ability to improve the teacher's "rule of law awareness training" ability.The third is to start with the method of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law to realize the comprehensive development of "the method of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law in " Socialism with Chinese Characteristics "".So as to effectively promote the solution of the problem,provide guidance for the teaching of "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" in middle schools,and provide a method for the implementation of the course to learn from,so that the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law can be implemented.
