As we all know,primary school is an important period for children's mental and emotional development.Therefore,how to guide students to form a good learning attitude and improve their academic level has become a long-term concern of scholars at home and abroad.Family and parents are undoubtedly the earliest and continuous factors that affect pupils' academic mentality.Family is the main living and learning environment for primary school students' growth.The influence of parents' rearing style,attitude towards children,especially parents' meta mood on primary school students' learning is particularly important.The research defines the metaemotion of parents as a series of specific emotional experiences and changes when parents face their own and children's emotional changes.The academic emotion is defined as: the emotional experience produced by students in their study life closely related to their academic performance and academic achievement.The sense of academic control is defined as: Students' cognition of their own characteristics in intelligence,physical strength,learning strategies,social skills and knowledge reserve that adapt to learning activities.By using the methods of questionnaire survey and experimental research,this paper attempts to explore the influence of parent meta emotion on primary school students' Academic Emotion and sense of academic control,and whether there are other relationships among them,and explore ways to improve primary school students' Academic Emotion and sense of academic control The four dimensions of parental meta emotion of non intervention type,abandoning type and out of control type were discussed respectively.This study is divided into two parts.The first part is research one: research one takes 728 children from grade one to grade five in three primary schools in XX city of Shandong Province and their parents as the research objects.Through questionnaire survey,the data of parents' meta emotion and pupils' Academic Emotion and sense of academic control are collected,trying to explore the relationship between parents' meta emotion and pupils' academic emotion The internal relationship between the sense of academic control;The second part is study 2: in Study 2,42 subjects were randomly selected from study 1 and divided into two groups as the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was given group counseling intervention,while the control group was given no intervention.The intervention study was divided into six times,once a week,a total of six weeks.After the end of the experiment,the pre-test and post test data of the experimental group and the follow-up group were analyzed and compared to verify the effectiveness of the implementation of the intervention program on improving pupils' Academic Emotion and sense of academic control.The results are as follows:1.Different types of parent meta emotion have significant effects on Pupils' Academic Emotion and academic control.Among them,the parental meta emotion of emotional instruction type is positively correlated with pupils' Academic Emotion and sense of academic control,while the parental meta emotion of emotional non intervention type,emotional abandonment type and emotional out of control type is negatively correlated with pupils' Academic Emotion and sense of academic control;2.There is a positive correlation between pupils' Academic Emotion and their sense of academic control;3.Pupils' sense of academic control plays a mediating role between parents' meta emotion and academic emotion;4.Using self-designed intervention program to implement group counseling for primary school students can effectively improve their academic emotions and academic control level.The biggest significance of this study is that the research results can help parents have a more direct and deep understanding of their own emotional teaching methods and meta emotional types,help parents timely correct wrong or improper negative meta emotions,learn to use positive meta emotions to treat children's academic emotions and life emotions,and help children build self-confidence in learning in an appropriate way,So that they can use a high degree of self-efficacy to deal with academic problems and emotional problems,and then form a positive academic emotion and a high level of academic control.Based on this study,the researchers put forward suggestions to improve family education,enrich the content of mental health education for primary school students,and innovate education methods.
