Purpose:Observe the training effects of dynamic-static shoulder girdle training methods,explore the effects of dynamic shoulder girdle training and static shoulder girdle training on the accuracy of archery for ordinary college students,and provide a new perspective of scientific training methods for improving the archery accuracy of ordinary college students.Methods:This research adopts the literature data method to sort out the literature by consulting the required journals,books and other materials.Use the expert interview method to ask experts on the design,implementation,test content and indicators of the experiment,and conduct more targeted experimental research.Using experimental methods,90 students in the archery elective class of the School of Sports Science of Qufu Normal University were used as experimental subjects,and they were randomly divided into 3 groups:30 dynamic groups(15 males and 15males),30 static groups(15 males and 15 males),and 30 control groups.(15 men and 15 men each).Under the same conditions that the three groups of students are normally teaching archery,the dynamic shoulder girdle training intervention is performed in the dynamic group,the static shoulder girdle training intervention is performed in the static group,and the control group is not subjected to training intervention.A 12-week experiment was carried out,and the three groups were subjected to 10 m,15m,and 20 m archery tests,as well as tests and measurements on various physical indicators,and the data obtained was recorded in detail.Use mathematical statistics to analyze the measured data using analysis methods such as variance analysis and T test to get the results,discuss and summarize the results.Results:(1)After the experiment,the archery performances of the dynamic group,static group and control group at 10 meters,15 meters,and 20 meters all have significant differences(P<0.05).From the distance point of view,the archery performance of the three groups at different distances is: 10 meters>15 meters>20 meters;from the group perspective,the archery performance at each distance is: dynamic group>static group>control group.(2)After a 12-week shoulder girdle training experiment,boys in the dynamic group had better archery performance than girls;boys in the dynamic group have better archery performance at different distances than girls;boys in the static group have better archery performance at different distances than girls.(3)After a 12-week shoulder girdle training experiment,the archery performance of boys at10 meters in the control group was better than that of girls in the first,middle,and later stages;the archery performance of boys at 15 meters in the control group was better than that of girls in the first and middle stages.In the later stage,the archery performance of girls was better than that of boys;the boys in the control group had better archery scores at 20 meters in the first and mid-term than the girls,and in the later stage,girls' archery scores at 20 meters were better than boys.(4)After a 12-week shoulder girdle training experiment,the improvement in archery performance of the girls in the dynamic group,the static group,and the control group was higher than that of the boys.(5)After a 12-week shoulder girdle training experiment,the dynamic group and the static group were very similar to those before the experiment in terms of the coracoid distance of the scapula,the distance between the inner edge of the scapula,the angle between the upper and lower arms,and the angle between the forearm and the body.Significant difference(P<0.01),while the control group only has a significant difference in the body shape index of the angle between the arm and the body before the experiment(P<0.05).(6)After a 12-week shoulder girdle training experiment,from the group perspective,the comprehensive range of changes in the four body shape indicators is: dynamic group>static group>control group;from the gender perspective,the comprehensive range of changes in the four body shape indicators From the point of view of individual physical indicators,except for the angle between the upper and lower arms,the changes in the static group and the control group were larger than those in the boys,and the other changes were all boys>girls.Conclusion:(1)At different distances,the closer the distance,the higher the accuracy of archery;the longer the distance,the lower the accuracy of archery.(2)After a 12-week shoulder girdle training experiment,both dynamic and static shoulder girdle training can effectively improve the accuracy of archery.(3)After the 12-week shoulder girdle training experiment,the dynamic shoulder girdle training has a higher effect on boys' archery performance at different distances than girls,and the static shoulder girdle training has a higher effect on boys' archery performance at different distances.than girls.(4)After the 12-week shoulder girdle training experiment,the dynamic shoulder girdle training improves archery accuracy better than the static shoulder girdle training improves archery accuracy,while the static shoulder girdle training improves archery accuracy better than static shoulder girdle training.The effect of the control group on the improvement of archery accuracy.(5)Dynamic shoulder girdle training and static shoulder girdle training can improve the stability of archery by improving muscle strength and changing the posture of archery,thereby improving the accuracy of archery.(6)The effect of dynamic shoulder girdle training by changing the body shape to improve archery performance is better than the effect of static shoulder girdle training,and the effect of static shoulder girdle training by changing the body shape to improve archery performance is better than that of the control group.
