Archery is an arrow(70 meters)in the rules of the competition by the elastic force of the bow(reverse bow).The quality of archers' athletic performance depends on their comprehensive competitive ability,and the main factors that constitute the comprehensive competitive ability of archers are in addition to good psychological quality,reasonable technical movements,and high ability to meet the field strain,and also include abundant physical storage.The physical training of the Sichuan archery team is relatively weak.In order to prepare for the Thirteenth National Games at the end of January 2017 in the early August of January 2017,the author uses the author as a special physical fitness coach,hoping to improve the physical energy reserve of the athletes by scientific and reasonable physical training to the female team of the archery team in Sichuan Province,and then improve the physical energy reserve of the athletes.The athletes' comprehensive competitive ability and athletic achievements are aimed at finishing the Thirteenth National Games of Sichuan archery women team.By using the method of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper summarizes and analyzes the physical fitness training during the Thirteenth National Games,and draws the following conclusions.Conclusion:1.The original physical training of the Sichuan archery team is relatively weak,which is reflected in the insufficient attention to the physical training,the single training method,the less training load and the intensity change,the neglect of the strength training of the lower extremities,the combination of physical training and special technology.2.The physical training of the Sichuan archery team for the Thirteenth National Games is divided into the winter training period and the competition period.The winter training period is mainly the general physical ability of the reserve athletes.The competition period is mainly the special physical reserve stage combined with the characteristics of archery,and the tasks are clear at all stages,and the physical training has a strong project pertinence.3.On the basis of the characteristics of archery and the characteristics of the female team athletes,the physical training is designed according to the training plan of the special coach.The training content,methods and means are of good scientific effect.4.According to the comparison and analysis of the physical test data before and after the preparation,the results show that the physical ability of the Sichuan archery team women athletes is improved,especially the core strength and lower limb strength.5.Sichuan archery team women team in the games,sixth men and women's mixed group,compared with the previous National Games,compared with the results of a breakthrough,and the successful completion of the current national games scheduled tasks.Through the thorough summary of the National Games preparation period,the following suggestions are put forward in order to better carry out the future physical training:1.physical fitness training should be closely combined with special characteristics and special training,the strength and quality must be closely combined with special characteristics,otherwise it will run in the opposite direction,and improve the strength of the lower limbs and the ability of coordination and stability.2.To boldly study and innovate the physical training methods and means of archery,closely combined with the characteristics of archery and sportsmen,a scientific and rational physical training program,a weekly training plan and a training plan are designed,and more scientific,reasonable and refined.3.Regular physical fitness tests are carried out to measure training and be good at finding out the inadequacies and personal characteristics of athletes' physical energy reserves,and then training and designing the athletes' shortcomings and personal characteristics and carrying out targeted physical training.4.we should strengthen the close communication and communication with the competent coaches,team doctors and athletes,deeply understand the training status of the athletes,the status of health and ideological activities,and strengthen the management of the athletes in training and strengthen the athletes' will quality exercise.
