High school students are in the critical period of growth,and pressure from all aspects makes them face severe test.The students who study well are smart and good at learning,abide by discipline,work hard and polite.However,they are often competitive and vain,so they have achievement anxiety,interpersonal relationship obstacles and other psychological or behavioral problems.Learning anxiety is a kind of psychological reaction caused by some contradiction in the students' heart,which is a special tense state in the students group.Learning anxiety has a negative effect on learning to some extent.Long-term anxiety problems will lead to the decline of individual physical quality,and the aggravation of fear and tension,which will easily lead to extreme thinking and inferiority,and also lead to anger and irritability.This study comes from the problems in the middle school education,focusing on the special group of senior high school students,and conducts three studies.First,a questionnaire on the factors that affect the learning anxiety of the high school students is prepared and a four-factor model is constructed,aiming to explore the factors that affect the learning anxiety of senior high school students.Then,using the self-made questionnaire and the adolescent mental health diagnosis test,the study investigates the influence of gender,grade and physical quality on the learning anxiety of senior high school students,and analyze the causes of learning anxiety of senior high school students.Finally,the combination of group counseling and individual consultation is used to train and intervene the senior high school students with learning anxiety,so as to reduce the learning anxiety of the senior high school students through practice,effectively improve the mental health level of high school students,and promote the development of mental health education.Through three studies,the following conclusions are drawn: school education factors,family environment factors,individual physical and mental factors and social environment factors are the main factors affecting the learning anxiety of senior high school students.Among the excellent students in Jinan high schools,learning anxiety is a little more serious.There are some gender differences and grade differences in learning anxiety among senior high school students.There are also significant differences in learning anxiety among the senior high school students in terms of physical quality and whether he or she is only child.Group counseling and individual consultation can intervene the learning anxiety of high school students.Reasonable and systematic control measures can effectively reduce the learning anxiety level of the senior high school students and reduce the physical and mental harm of the learning anxiety to the students.
