Teaching style of teachers is a unique and stable teaching behavior formed in the long-term teaching process,which is embodied in teaching ideas,teaching knowledge,teaching implementation and teaching strategies.Under the premise of taking students as the main body,the teaching style of high-quality mathematics teachers is usually formed by the comprehensive action of keen mathematical intuition,rigorous exploration and psychological exchange between teachers and students.The teaching style and its formation process of teacher Z are deeply analyzed by the methods of literature research,case analysis and interview in this paper.First of all,through reading,combing and comparative analysis of nearly 100 papers published by teacher Z,this paper explores the develop process of his teaching mentality.Secondly,through penetrating interviews with teacher Z,under the further exchange of teaching experience,this paper extract seven teaching examples with typical teaching style characteristics.Then,through the seven teaching examples published by teacher Z,this paper explores the four main stages of the formation of teacher Z’s teaching style,namely,the stage of imitation teaching,the stage of independence teaching,the stage of creativity teaching and the stage of the formation of teaching style.The formation of teacher Z’s teaching style is also analyzed by three main practical approaches.It is need to have a strong driving force for the formation of mathematics teaching style,to constantly carry out theoretical learning,to organically combine personal talent with teaching practice with the help of other people’s teaching research results and based on Teaching reflection.Finally,combined with the formation process of teacher Z’s teaching style,the paper put forward five suggestions for the professional growth of mathematics teachers,that is,the mathematics teachers should to seek lofty personality cultivation,to improve continuously the interest of mathematics teaching,to participate in mathematics teaching research actively,and to write papers bravely,to reflect with the teaching process,and to downstream the professional knowledge in the ordinary and long-drawn-out process of teaching life.The individual teaching style is researched in this paper based on the seven typical lessons published by teacher Z,which has strong reality and authenticity.The results show teacher Z’s unique and real teaching style and its formation process.Front line mathematics teachers can get some inspiration and harvest from it,so as to promote the improvement of personal business and professional quality.
