Inclusive education has made a positive impact on special education since 1990 s,it is a special educational idea and process based on the concept of equality,which aims to cover and accept all students.Under the influence of western humanism,inclusive education has gradually changed from theoretical stage to practical stage in western countries.At the same time,the objection of inclusive education has also changed from special needs students to every student.The Chinese special education policy is "learning in regular class”,and it has also been effective since 1980 s,however,compare to western countries,we still have a lot of gap in between.This paper starts from the perspective of music education,discussed the American primary/secondary music classrooms.This paper points out that American inclusive music class focuses on students' general music development,also students' individual music learning abilities.This paper combines the actual circumstances of China and points out that Chinese inclusive music education should focus more on social and school's management of music classroom,change inclusive music teaching methods,and strengthen music teacher development.
