The "General High School Physics Curriculum Standards(2020 Edition)" points out: "we should examine the purpose of exercise teaching from the perspective of core literacy.The purpose of exercise teaching is not to get a unified answer,but to comprehensively improve students' problem-solving ability." The promulgation of the new curriculum standard puts forward new requirements for exercise teaching,which makes the cultivation of students' problem-solving ability become an important goal of current physics teaching,and there is still room for further improvement in the cultivation of students' problem-solving ability in high school physics teaching.Therefore,under the background of the new curriculum reform,this paper puts forward the research theme of "improving senior high school students' physics problem solving ability based on exercise teaching".This study can provide guidance suggestions for front-line teachers' exercise teaching,and has a certain reference for the theorization and systematization of physics exercise teaching strategy.Through the investigation of the current situation of high school exercise teaching and students' problem-solving ability,this study finds out the problems existing in the current exercise teaching and the shortcomings of students' problem-solving ability,so as to help students construct physics cognitive structure and solve physics problems smoothly through exercise teaching,improve the efficiency of Physics Exercise Teaching,and enhance students' ability to analyze and solve problems,It reflects the practicality and operability of the implementation of core literacy through exercise teaching.Under the guidance of relevant theories,this study mainly carries out the following work based on the teaching practice of physics exercises in senior high school.1.The paper analyzes the relevant literature materials of problem teaching and problem solving,and completes the literature review;The relevance and guidance between these theories and this study are clarified,and the concept is defined according to the relevant theories.2.According to the pretest results,the current situation of physics exercises teaching and the level of problem solving ability in senior high school are analyzed.After interviewing the first-line teachers and students,focusing on the problems and analyzing the causes,the paper constructs the teaching strategy based on the exercises teaching to improve the students' physical problem solving ability.3.According to the pretest results,the experimental class and the contrast class are determined.The strategies constructed are applied in the teaching of the experimental class,and the practical research is carried out to complete the case analysis.4.The results of the post-test and the pretest results are analyzed and summarized,and the differences of the problem solving ability between the pre and post experiment classes are compared.The difference of the problem solving ability between the experimental class and the comparison class after the experiment was compared.This study uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,action research and education statistics.After theoretical analysis and practical research,the following conclusions are drawn.1.The strategies can effectively improve the current situation of physical exercises teaching and improve the teaching effect of exercises,and promote the formation and development of students' core literacy.2.The results of this study are consistent with the research hypotheses.The level of physical problem solving ability of the experimental class is significantly improved than before the experiment,and the level of the physical problem solving ability of the experimental class is compared after the experiment.The class has improved significantly,which shows that the teaching strategy of exercises has the effectiveness and practicality,and can actively promote the improvement of the physical problem solving ability of senior high school students.
