Research On The Construction Of Regional Youth Extracurricular Practice Base

In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the guidance outline for comprehensive practical activities curriculum in primary and secondary schools,which clearly pointed out that comprehensive practical activities and subject curriculum are arranged side by side,which is an important part of the basic education curriculum system.However,the development of youth extracurricular practice base time is relatively short,everything is groping forward,there are many problems in the construction and development.In this paper,from the perspective of cultural competitiveness,taking the construction of Regional Youth extracurricular practice base as the research object,using the methods of literature review,on-the-spot investigation and interview,we make an in-depth investigation of Yanbian youth extracurricular practice base to understand the situation of the base.According to the theory of cultural competitiveness,through the investigation and analysis of the current evaluation system of cultural competitiveness,this paper chooses to continue Ni Pengfei's research on six indicators of cultural competitiveness,including value orientation,labor concept,communication ethics,innovation spirit,competition consciousness and compatibility psychology,Combined with the research and investigation of the "guiding outline of comprehensive practical activities curriculum in primary and secondary schools",this paper builds an analytical framework of the construction and development of Regional Youth extracurricular practice base from the perspective of cultural competitiveness.The analysis framework follows the six indicators of Ni Pengfei's cultural competitiveness and refines them,including career planning ability,working spirit,working attitude,social morality consciousness,social rules,rule of law concept,discovering and asking questions,exploring spirit,practice and innovation consciousness,self-reliance spirit,love of life,initiative,collective thinking,willingness to participate in activities,sharing and communication There are16 indicators of service awareness.Then it analyzes the main bases in Yanbian area by using the analysis framework,and finds that there are some problems in the cultural competitiveness of Yanbian youth extracurricular practice base,such as lack of cultural background,single management mode,lack of pertinence,lack of continuity,inadequate integration and utilization of industry curriculum resources,inadequate curriculum polishing and so on.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of curriculum system,personnel training,implementation management,communication mechanism and government participation.
